First film to Premier "Off Planet" on the International Space Station by Astronaut Greg Chamitoff, the director's brother.
The film has been primarily funded by Martial Arts School Owners and their students.
Money Fight was shot and completed using the RED One 4K Digital Cinema Camera, which captures motion pictures as digital images, as opposed to using film. Digital cinema cameras have introduced new creative possibilities for how motion is captured and edited.
Was originally rated PG-13 by the MPAA in 2009 for "some violence and pervasive martial arts action" but the film was re-edited in 2012 and received the same certification but for "violence, pervasive martial arts action, substance abuse, some sensuality and thematic elements" instead.
