I saw the show next day after USA premiere and honestly I was disappointed. Not only because the storyline is weak but even more about the main characters of the movie. First is KITT, even if it is a car it's also in the center of every (eventually future) episode. KITT is weak, the only resemblance with the original is the glowing light, but despite that, the original was way better, an eye catching car for those times. Now KITT is afraid of face 2 face confrontation with a simple vehicle, as you will see in the garage. In a poster that announced the knight rider 2008 series, I saw some time ago there was another car, eye caching indeed. But instead, I just saw a Ford commercial movie. Second weak character is Mike. Of course the entire plot is weak so no wonder about that. Still I hope they will change the car with a more aggressive one. A car that should make you turn your head when you see it. I gave 7 stars because I really liked the original show and I believe that this can still be a successful one, if some things are changed.
