I am 100% confident the person who posted the above movie review was either in the movie or directly related to someone involved in making it because it couldn't be further from the truth. While I normally enjoy smaller movie productions, this move lacked anything resembling a decent story. None of the characters were likable, and it literally had 0 jokes that weren't completely obvious. I honestly felt embarrassed at some points for the people in the movie knowing that one day they may show this to people.
While I am sure this movie was pitched as a comedy that pushes boundaries and examines the question of how much Christmas is enough. It doesn't even come close to presenting a coherent argument in anyway.

A great budget Xmas flick that covers all personality and ethnic types on a Christmas Eve. The story is easy to follow as a group of diverse employees must work to midnight Christmas Eve while their boss goes gambling with the store profits to try and cover his gambling debts. All evening a real list of oddball shoppers come in shopping and making the employees work harder & harder to keep up with the restocking of shelves. In the meantime the story of Christmas is told and the message of giving to all is told.
Each employee is funny and in-character! Each shopper is equally good. This is a sweet, funny, and at times suspenseful story of good and evil at a time when 'being good' is most focused upon. And the ending is unexpected!
This flick deserves to be seen more because it shows how all people can share in Christmas. This is NOT a religious movie which, in my opinion, makes the film that much more charming and priceless! Enjoy it!

Jersey Christmas is a hilarious, no-holds barred look at Christmas through the eyes of non-Christians. I'm not a Christmas person, but every year my sister (who is the world's BIGGEST Christmas person) makes the family get together and watch movies at her place on Christmas Day. Well, I saw the description and thought I'd give this one a shot. WHAT A TREAT! It's a hilarious blend of dark humor, with enough heart to keep you rooting for the hero (actually heroes) all the way through. I'm definitely bringing this to the Christmas Day festivities. The only thing you might want to watch out for is watching it with your parents -- there are a couple off-color jokes, sort of like Bad Santa.
