Helping matters is the fact he finds an unexpected ally in Yusuf Khan, Kamala Khan's father. Yes, after his visit to outer space in The Marvels, Ms. Marvel's dad is back to working in the bank and sadly unable to give Matt the funding he and Kirsten McDuffie's law firm needs.

During their conversation, it's established that Matt isn't overly familiar with Ms. Marvel. The hero does make a cameo, of sorts, though...courtesy of a real-life Funko Pop figure her father happily shows off to the blind lawyer.

“Daredevil: Born Again” marks the official entrance into the Marvel Cinematic Universe for most of the characters in the show — save for Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock, who first appeared via “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and then again in “She-Hulk,” and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk, who appeared in “Hawkeye” and “Echo.”

Recent rumors have claimed that the Young Avengers Disney+ series - which was originally envisioned as a movie - has been rebranded as Champions, and we're now hearing that the project has enlisted a writer.

According to Nexus Point News, who has broken a lot of news stories before the trades, Rachna Fruchbom has been tapped to write the series, and will presumably serve as showrunner/executive producer.

Fruchbom currently writes and executive produces Apple TV+’s Shrinking, and has previously served as a co-executive producer and writer on And Just Like That… and Fresh Off The Boat. She has also worked on NBC’s Parks and Recreation.

The show's roster is believed to be a mixture of characters from both teams. There does tend to be at least some crossover between the Young Avengers and the Champions in the comics, but the latter's original line-up included Miles Morales (Spider-Man...

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ was a unique show for the MCU when it was released. Since Deadpool hadn’t joined the franchise yet, Tatiana Maslany’s character became the first MCU hero to actively break the fourth wall.

Charlie Cox, the actor who plays Daredevil, recently talked about his cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home. In the latest issue of Disney’s D23 magazine, he called it a “two-year nightmare.”

Cox said, “When they told me I was going to be in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home,’ it was a two-year nightmare trying to keep that from everyone.” He had to keep his role a secret for a long time.

From the beginning, fans of the Daredevil Netflix series wondered how Born Again fit with the show they loved. At first, it seemed Marvel Studios planned to ignore those first three seasons.

What fans feared the most has finally transpired in the season premiere of Daredevil: Born Again. Since the inclusion of Karen and Foggy in the MCU version of the show, rumors alleged that their lives would be short-lived in the MCU, especially after the confirmation of Bullseye’s casting.

Daredevil: Born Again premiered Tuesday night in the form of two episodes. It continues the story of Netflix’s Daredevil and even brings back pretty much all of the original cast. The first two episodes have been reviewed mostly positively and fan reception seems good as well, but there’s a lot of questions to be answered afterwards. After an unbearably long wait, Daredevil: Born Again has finally made its way to the screens to bring back Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock, and so far, the reviews are more than just acceptable. The storyline is loved by everyone, a majority of the critics deem it watch-worthy, and the show seems to have had a good enough start.

But amidst all of those praiseworthy elements, some parts of this new saga are being criticized by fans as well. For one, there’s the scene where the blind Devil of Hell’s Kitchen is shown to be swinging between buildings. That one scene is being so criticized by fans that they are even claiming that She-Hulk did the CGI for that part better.

“Marvel’s Daredevil” premiered 10 years ago on Netflix, when everything about the violent, tortured series was refreshing. Blood dripped from our hero’s wounds and from the images in the title sequence, depicted against a haunting piano melody. The word “gritty” was run into the ground for good reason, and I had that damn theme music on a loop.

The Disney+ incarnation from Dario Scardapane, Matt Corman, and Chris Ord knows exactly what worked about the Netflix series, and wastes little time delivering on all of that. The first episode alone contains a visceral fight in a dark hallway, filmed as one take; constant and gratuitous mentions of Hell’s Kitchen; and of course, the return of Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) who has allegedly left behind his criminal past — as surely as Matt (Charlie Cox) parted ways with Daredevil’s mask.

Daredevil: Born Againgained an early boost from its first audience scores on Rotten Tomatoes, which opened with a strong 92% approval rate and, at the time of writing, has risen to 95%. However, critics have not been quite as impressed with the new iteration of The Man Without Fear as they were with Netflix’s original three-season series.
