Even though one reviewer says it's "not meant for sober people", there's a lot to take away from this show without getting high. The sketches are creative, funny, and reflect society in a crazy, abstract way. It feels like an Adult Swim show with a slightly higher budget, and is a lot smarter than people give it credit for.

Season 2 is the only season that didn't resonate well with me. It's comedy and cartoons from a wide range of different styles. Drifters, deep ocean conversations between fish, Dick town but also funny weird stuff like cockroach calesthenics. Shorts from 10 sec to a few min. It features many different styles and it's unfair to say that it's good or bad. Season 2 for me was disappointing. Seasons 3 & 4 brilliant.

Smoke a few spliffs and you will for sure find this funny. It's honestly dumb random comedy animation...but stoners and or drunk people will find this hilarious.

Reminded me of adult swim from the 2000s, random trippy stuff, best to watch under the influence of mind altering substances. It's great that such psyechedelic content is still being made. I had a blast watching it.

The ones rating it badly don't get that it's sort of like a sketch show, not supposed to make sense as a whole.

''Braden" and "Kenneth" from 'Shark Lords' have made me laugh so hard I can barely breathe. Brilliant writing and performances on that sketch from all the actors.

They have film in the camera, the actors know their lines, and they don't insult the audience. That's a six.

In particular, the Quarter Life Poetry portion of the show is really excellent (albeit brief), while the Oh Jerome No portion is also good. I wish they were separated from the rest of the below average fluff and rather ugly animation that may very rarely be decent, but is usually pretty bad.

I'm not going to sugarcoat this - this show sucks! It's not funny. It's not creative. The writing, acting, and animation are horrendous. The Live-Action portions are poorly acted and just not entertaining. The animation looks like what I created when I was 3. I don't know why FXX is wasting valuable airtime on the series. It must be for all the unemployed, spoiled Millennials that are stoned all the time. Sad commentary on what qualifies as entertainment anymore.

I thought I found my dream show- season 1 is BRILLIANT. The quarter life crisis and oh Jerome no, so genius. Every star given is from the first season

I'm not sure there would've been a difference between watching the second season and walking in to a basement full of incels.

The premise excited me when I heard about it. It seemed like it'd be a Sundance-in-mini-form anthology. However, it is not. At best, the content is uncomfortable, which is never bad. Uncomfortable has its place in art and entertainment. But at worst, this show is a big cringe. In between those two polarities, the show is grating. But for me, the cringe far outweighs the interestingly uncomfortable parts, and the grating nature just makes what good there is here very difficult to watch.

Additionally, I ended up doing some work for some segments (via the network, not individual producers/production teams) on the accessibility end. They didn't give us any materials to help us make this show accessible, to say the least. I don't think they care. It really makes me think they're churning these out just to churn 'em out in hopes of going viral or getting a cult following. But I don't think it'll happen.

This show is just creative and plain awesome in general I would recommend.

This show is trying very hard to be offbeat and trendy but cool and current. The problem is, to be these things you can't look like you are trying so hard and it's very obvious that they are with this show. The reality is that it's just random nonsense interwoven with a few good moments. You just get into the story, of say Jerome, and then they throw in some animated bits that take you out of the moment and expect you to just fall right back into it when they return to the Jerome story.

Some folks will and do enjoy this, but even for someone like me who loves different (when it is done well) can't get into this show. It's just too different and not done all that well.

Very relaxing and funny series. I recommend everyone to watch it!

I really hope this show gets renewed, it's so goddamn hilarious and creative, season 2 was a comedic masterpiece. I really do not understand how this is not more popular.

Was hoping it would be a cool animated annd sketch comedy mash up type show. OR even a sketch show. But its like the whole second season for example is mostly about raping sharks....... Its far from funny , absolutely stupid and disgusting. Yet every episode of s2 has that skit as the main show..... Then they cut all the shark rape footage an make it into its own awful show...... I really dont know who signs off on this stufff and gives such obviously poor ideas executed by even worse actors would be a worthy investment . Any gains they made in season 1 where destroyed by season 2. After finishing both seasons. Season one was the only one that had any funny moments. An had actors that could act. Seemed to have a better foundation an more direction as well. S2 isjust a free for all of headaches an reasons not to laugh. The one shark hunter is from the show everyone loves bess. It had more laughs and much better made show . Just very different topic and style though. I like off the wall skit shows that are clever an funny. Have clear direction , not just doing randomness an poor writing... Im sure season 3 will be out.... regardless. I just hope its far from like season 2 !!!!

That's all I have to say. And the girl that raps?/talks whatever she's doing has to stop its horrible. What she has to say is pretty great but the delivery method is so bad and cringey I have to skip it every time

Although not all the episodes don't have reviews, this show is awesome and I would recommend!

Great show. The only ones who don't like it are either "boomers" or closed minded , head in the sand conservatives.

These shorts remind me SOOOOO much of Adult Swim and Tim & Eric back in the day. LOVE IT! The subliminal messaging really come through with some help. ;)

So unfunny, odd, and bizarre, it's beyond words. All these little clips that make zero sense, trying desperately to be offbeat and clever, but just ends up utter nonsense w/o any sort of plot or direction or even the slightest sense of humor. Steer clear!!!!
