Khayal Maata

It's really fun to watch this movie . there is a lot of things that make this movie enjoyable , soundtrack , the representation of how life was in 1960 , the direction did great job on running those aspects . but , it still is missing a lot to be called a great movie , if you're watching it just for fun , or because you have a big meal that you want to finish while watching something , this is probably a good movie for that , but if you want a movie to completely make you forget who you are , a movie that travels with you to a whole new world , a whole new dimension , this is not it.

I watched this movie twice to get the story of it but I end up with a hollow story. Acting is not bad except for Menna Shalabi. Music is beautiful. Makeup artwork is awful and so fake. Movie is not funny at all besides the stupid story. Directing is ok ant remarkable at all. Overall, i do NOT recommend this movie

I can't even believe how Ahmed Helmy agreed to act in this so called movie ! it lacks every aspect of film making. don't waste your time watching this nonsense

Though Ahmad Helmi is a big name, but this is a great downfall of his name. I think it is wiser to provide one high quality show every 5 years than to give such a commercial material every year in an attempt to stay in people minds. In addition to the weak plot and poor comedy, it is evident that the director saved no effort to mimic great hollywood works like Mission Impossible or Ocean 11 either by playing similar soundtrack throughout the movie or using some advanced technology to perform the allegedly complicated robbery. In general people do not want to watch Arabic version of American movies, we need to see the real innovative fingerprints of Ahmed Helmi.
