PROGRESS Wrestling PROGRESS Chapter 68: Super Strong Style 16 Tournament Edition 2018

Edit
The first day of a 3-day tournament and it's all 1st round matches. A good opening day. Not the show to go all out, but most of the matches where solid and fun. The Zack Gibson match was more a angle than a match. Not one I enjoyed much. The most disappointing match was probable the most anticipated, the main event with the return of Chris Hero against the nasty Chris Brookes. Long without finding it's footing. Didn't seem to be much passion in Ohno's performance and Brookes was way too kind to the WWE-contracted wrestler. The one I got the most enjoyment out of was Keith Lee -vs- Morgan Webster, in a entertaining small-guy/big-guy clash. Didn't like the finish, but the rest was a blast. Otherwise it was cool to see Pete Dunne wrestle the broken down Doug Williams for the brief time it lasted and Chuck Mambo trying to fight Zack Sabre Jr. was a party! Wish Tyler Bate vs Jordan Devlin was longer for I was starting to get into that one when it ended. Angelico facing Mark Andrews had potential which it didn't quite live-up to, but it was fine as well. Some with David Starr and TK Cooper. Pete Dunne -vs- Doug Williams [** 1/4], Zack Sabre Jr. -vs- Chuck Mambo [** 1/2], David Starr -vs- TK Cooper [**], Angelico -vs- Mark Andrews [** 1/4], Tyler Bate -vs- Jordan Devlin [** 1/2], Zack Gibson -vs- Joey Janela [1/4*], Keith Lee -vs- Morgan Webster [***], Kassius Ohno -vs- Chris Brookes
