The Big Bang Theory's upcoming spinoff gets an official title, which effectively confirms the show's official lead character. Despite the ongoing success of Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, Chuck Lorre is also pumping the gas in the development of the third spinoff in his comedy franchise that would take place years after the end of The Big Bang Theory. Reteaming with Bill Prady for the new show, the project will see the return of some familiar faces from the nerd-centric sitcom, as they become the new faces of the endeavor now that the story of the Pasadena gang is done.
Per Deadline, Lorre and Prady's The Big Bang Theory spinoff sequel is officially called Stuart Fails To Save The Universe. This confirms that Kevin Sussman's awkward but lovable comic book shop owner will be the face of the new comedy. Joining him is Lauren Lapkus, as Denise, Stuart's girlfriend,...

The first spin-off of "The Big Bang Theory" that, by all accounts, isn't a prequel is starting to take shape. "Stuart Fails To Save The Universe," which got a title announcement on Wednesday, March 19, will eventually flesh out the ever-expanding universe of "The Big Bang Theory," which already saw a spin-off in "Young Sheldon".
To be honest, there's still a lot we don't know about "Stuart Fails To Save The Universe." There aren't, as of this writing, any major plot specifics floating around, and outside of a few "Big Bang Theory" cast members returning to their roles for this new project, we don't know who else will be joining the party. Still, let's forge ahead with what we do know, including where "Stuart Fails To Save The Universe" will air, who's coming back, and who's part of the creative team.

Nicholas Galintzine has the power in the first image from Travis Knight’s Masters of the Universe. Today, Amazon MGM Studios unveiled a close-up image of Galintzine as He-Man with the hero’s iconic Power Sword in hand. Though slightly dark, the picture shows the powerful weapon that helps Prince Adam transform into the all-powerful warrior of Eternia, He-Man, and the blade looks incredible. You can also glimpse Galintzine’s chiseled physique and He-Man’s vembraces tightly secured to his forearms. It’s funny. The photo leaves much to the imagination, but I’ll be damned if I’m not getting good vibes. The Power Sword looks legit Af, and Galintzine’s gym routine has treated him well.

Nicholas Galitzine has the Power! Amazon MGM Studios has released the first look at the actor in character as He-Man for the live-action Masters of the Universe reboot.
The image was shared on the studio's official X account alongside the caption, "Eternia is in good hands. Here's your first look at Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man with the Sword of Power in the upcoming film." Unfortunately for fans, the image doesn't offer a full-body shot of Galitzine in costume as He-Man. Instead, the image is a close-up of his hands and upper body, with the Sword of Power taking up most of the shot. However, based on what is shown, the reboot's He-Man looks extremely faithful to the original animated version. Check out the image below.

The late Peter Yates' 1983 fantasy epic "Krull" is a fascinatingly strange bouillabaisse of ideas. Like "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe," it blends medieval wizardry with high-tech science fiction. The story follows a brave hero named Colwyn (Ken Marshall) who has to rescue his kidnapped bride Lyssa (Lysette Anthony) from a giant, evil monster known only as the Beast. Tapping into the fantasy aspects of the story, Colwyn and Lyssa have shared fire superpowers, passed between them via a magical baptismal font at their wedding. Once Lyssa is kidnapped, Colwyn is tasked with finding a mystical, five-pronged weapon called the Glaive, a shuriken version of Excalibur. There is a magical shapeshifter, a cyclops, and on-screen wizardry. The Beast's Black Fortress is protected by a spell that causes it to relocate entirely every day. Liam Neeson played a jocular, axe-throwing bandit named Kegan. He was recruited by Colwyn to be a member of his fellowship.

After years of guest spots and smaller movie roles in the '90s, Timothy Olyphant established himself as one of Hollywood's go-to macho actors in the 2000s. His breakout came in 2004 when he was cast as Seth Bullock, the reluctant camp sheriff, in HBO's Deadwood, where his rugged good looks and hard-nosed demeanor made him a perfect fit for the western genre. After Deadwood's too-short run, he nabbed the role that would define his public persona for years: Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens in FX's Justified, a character he'd play for six seasons and a revival series in 2023.
Justified allowed Olyphant to express the full range of his talents, injecting his tough guy character with a dose of sly humor. Or at least, it seemed that way, until the Netflix series Santa Clarita Diet showed a different side of the actor. Rather than a stone-cold badass, Olyphant's Santa Clarita character,...

Following yesterday's behind-the-scenes photo of Masters of the Universe stars Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes (Riverdale) in the process of training for the lead roles of He-Man and Teela, we now have some new casting news courtesy of Deadline.
The live-action take on the classic animated series has added Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson as Malcolm, aka Fisto.
In the cartoon, the Sorceress was the powerful guardian of Castle Grayskull, and could transform into a falcon named Zoar. Fisto started out as a villain before turning his back on Skeletor and becoming an ally of He-Man's.
Baccarin recently reprised her role as Vanessa Carlyle in Deadpool and Wolverine, while Jóhannesson will soon be seen as the villainous Copperhead in Captain America: Brave New World.

John Erwin, the reclusive actor who provided the voices for the heroic title character in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and the vain frenemy Reggie Mantle in a series of Archie cartoons, has died. He was 88.
Erwin died of natural causes “around Dec. 20” in his home in Camarillo, California, his reps at the PR firm Celebworx announced.
For nearly a decade starting in 1969, Erwin was heard in dozens of TV commercials as the snarky Morris the Cat, the finicky orange tabby who would eat nothing but the 9Lives brand of cat food. The hugely successful campaign was created by the Leo Burnett advertising firm.
Earlier, Erwin was seen on camera when he recurred as the cattle driver Teddy on CBS’ Rawhide, starring Clint Eastwood.

The Universe Survival Saga is without a doubt the most iconic arc of Dragon Ball Super. Centered around the multiversal competition that is the Tournament of Power, fighters like Goku, Frieza, Android 17, and Master Roshi get to shine like they never have before. Unfortunately, the 76 other competitors in the tournament don't all get the same treatment.
The Tournament of Power transformed some of Dragon Ball's biggest heroes into the biggest losers. Despite the high hopes fans had for frequently overlooked characters like Krillin, Tien Shinhan, and Piccolo, they completely failed to meet expectations. It isn't as if they were the only failures in the tournament, however, as plenty of Team Universe 7's opponents turned in equally disgraceful performances.

The Masters of the Universe reboot has cast one of its most important characters, and filled the role with one of the most divisive actors in Hollywood. Jared Leto will be leading the roster of villains in the role of Skeletor. The Morbius and Suicide Squad actor has often been criticized in Hollywood, both for frequently turning to Method Acting to really embody his characters and for having “ruined” several of those characters, according to audiences.
What makes Leto’s casting strangely notable is that he seems to be following in the footsteps of Star Wars actor Mark Hamill, with Leto having played Joker in live-action (Suicide Squad) after Hamill voiced the Batman villain for many years, and now following Hamill’s recent voicing of Skeletor in Kevin Smith’s animated Masters of the Universe series on Netflix.

James Patrick Stuart is known for playing General Hospital’s once-feared Valentin Cassadine. Valentin surprised fans when he played piano and sang on the show, illustrating Stuart’s innate talent. Starfield's Shattered Space expansion was one of the most anticipated releases for this year, but it did not seem to live up to the hype for what players wanted. From Starfield's often unimaginative setting to its flat story, there was hope that Shattered Space would be another one of the quality Dlc expansions Bethesda is known for. Shattered Space turned out to be a slog, however, and Starfield's woes of tepidity continue.
Shattered Space didn't help Starfield reach its potential, even with an emphasis on hand-crafted locations and a new storyline centered on the mysterious House Va'ruun. Bethesda doesn't seem keen on abandoning Starfield just yet, and hopefully, future patches and potential expansions can truly satisfy players, but in the meantime, there are plenty of other sci-fi RPGs to fill the void. Below are 10 sci-fi RPGs that deserve the attention and time, ranked by how fun they are, immersing players truly in space.

Though horror cameos are plentiful in Funko Fusion, some of these character Cameos require specific quests to unlock them, including the murderous robot icon M3GAN. While M3GAN does not have her own world for players to visit, she can still be found in various other worlds and is unlocked as a playable character.
Specifically, players must unlock her Cameo Quest by tracking her down in one of Funko Fusion's many horror worlds, The Thing. Unlike some of the other Cameo Quests, M3GAN doesn't need your help completing simple tasks in the various worlds. Instead, you'll need to travel to these other worlds to stop her from invading them.

Nicholas Galitzine is the newest addition to Masters of the Universe, bringing potential for a strong performance as He-Man's adversary Skeletor. Actors like Willem Dafoe, Idris Elba, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan could also bring depth and gravitas to the role of Skeletor in the new movie. The cast possibilities for Skeletor in Masters of the Universe are diverse, with each actor bringing their own unique talents to potentially iconic roles.
The new Masters of the Universe movie is hotly anticipated, as is the casting decision for actors who could play Skeletor, He-Man's arch-nemesis within the franchise. This far-reaching universe started as a toy and comic, then blossomed into a beloved children's animated series. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe has been made into a live-action feature-length film before, to disastrous results. The 1987 iteration starring Dolph Lundgren has largely been forgotten by fans for how it failed to live up to fans' and critics' expectations.

Entering the conversation in 2023 were the streamers, such as Apple, who have also realized the necessity of theatrical to eventize their movies. Director Luca Guadagnino didn't initially realize what mentioning the Spider-Verse in Challengers might mean to the fans considering Zendaya's involvement in the MCU. The two references to peaches in Challengers may have Guadagnino followers thinking of a different movie, but they are not intentional. Guadanino's 2017 film, Call Me by Your Name, infamously features a peach being "used" by Timothe Chalamet's character, Elio.
Spider-Senses might have been tingling for some theatergoers during Zendayas new film Challengers this weekend. Specifically, those Marvel and superhero fans in attendance undoubtedly heard Tashi (Zendaya) and Arts (Mike Faist) daughter, Lily, asking to watch the animated Spider-Verse rather than something more from the world of tennis, which consumes her parents lives. Director Luca Guadagnino admits to suggesting that the superhero Spider-Man should be the young girls go-to, but the filmmaker didnt realize the meaning that reference would have for fans of Zendayas involvement in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Leading up to the Grammy nominations on Nov. 10, Rolling Stone is breaking down 16 different categories. For each, we’re predicting the nominees, as well as who will (and who should) win on Grammy night.

This year, though, it seems straightforward Latin rockers have the best chances: Juanes’ Vida Cotidiana is an industry favorite from one of the most beloved stars in the Spanish-speaking world,...

All five He-Man shows have their good and bad points, with some being more enjoyable than others. The New Adventures of He-Man is the weakest in the franchise. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is a modern reinterpretation aimed at new audiences, so it may disappoint nostalgic adult fans. Masters of the Universe: Revelation is a brilliant series that maintains the quirks that made the original series great, but it received criticism for sidelining the main characters.
Masters of the Universe is a long-running media franchise that has spawned five animated television series. The first series aired way back in the early 1980s. More recently, two have hit the small screen in the 2020s. The animation changes, as do the voice cast and characters, but the general concept of good versus evil is always the same.
The franchise stars He-Man, a heroic warrior with unrivaled physical strength, who wields the mighty Sword of Grayskull.

Masters of the Universe is the story of He-Man’s battle against the evil Skeletor, who seeks the powers of Castle Grayskull for himself. He-Man does not fight alone, nor does Skeletor, who has a small army seemingly at his disposal. Many comic book companies have held the rights to produce comics based on the franchise, with Dark Horse Comics being the most recent. The publisher has so far released several Masters of the Universe comics, and the most recent, Forge of Destiny, uses a back to basics approach, showing how Eternia reacted to He-Man’s arrival.
Dark Horse has published other Masters of the Universe comics as well, including a look at the various incarnations of He-Man throughout the multiverse, but Forge of Destiny offers creators a grand opportunity to reintroduce a number of classic Masters of the Universe villains, and here are the top 15.
