Saw this on the local news in Houston Texas. Usually it would say based on true story.

This movie is based on the story of Houston Pastor Tracey Burleson. I watched a Snapped episode about it a while ago and recognized the storyline from the very beginning. The only details that I noticed that are different are names and locations. It's so exact that the movie even includes the fact that, the night of the murder, the pastor and his wife had a fight and then he went to the store for a bag of chips. When he came back, she had been shot dead in the driveway of their home. I felt like I was watching an extended episode of Snapped.
