One of the best crime dramas on television and it's filmed mostly in my hometown of Washington, DC, based on true stories.
The storyline and acting are excellent, the action and suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat, can't wait to see each
episode.

I've yet to fully hone my binge watching skills, but "Transitions" gets me closer, as its first episode sucked me in and forced me to carve out a full afternoon to eat all of it up. This is an engrossing series, with its five installments building on one another as a kingpin's intoxication with the power grab and his subsequent tweaks to the business model give way to all the nuisances that come with success.
Adonis Blackwell (Anwan Glover) is a compelling lead character, projecting the ruthless enthusiasm we imagine is a prerequisite for thriving in this business. And that business is, increasingly, fentanyl. Despite its massive rise to street prominence, dramatic programming had yet to distinguish the fentanyl trade as any different from what came before it, but "Transitions" bridges that gap with edgy portrayals and increasing complications that deliver wire-to-wire.
This kind of entertainment vehicle never loses its allure if done at a consistently high level, and "Transitions" exemplifies that. - Was this review of use to you? If so, let me know by clicking "Helpful." Cheers!

This must be the worst series I have seen in a long time. It appears that this is home made with absolute rubbish equipment and alot of unexperienced actors. The sound is dreadful, and the filming is not much better. Could not stand to watch another episode.
I was hooked on episode 1 and went on and to watch the additional episodes. I was so not disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I enjoyed how the episodes were so well woven together. The acting is so well done! They all did such a good job!! This gets a "Big Thumb" up from me!!
