I love gems like this. Movies that are odd and eccentric but also show a bold directorial voice that consistently makes smart interesting choices. The way the film is shot is interesting too, showing a touch of noir and a touch of grind house. Oklahoma seems to be a hot bed of smart talented independent filmmakers who aren't interested in what Hollywood does or says, and if you ask me it's only a matter of time before Oklahoma becomes the next Austin, and yes I'm aware Austin is a city and Oklahoma is a state. Reasons to watch this film are many, but for me the biggest is to support young hungry ultra talented artists trying to make an impact. Keep going!
