To sold debts, Gerry gives one of the faire to the tramoyists, a long time family in the Emporium. 1942, in Lindsey's 16 birthday, Bordem begins feel attracted to Lindsey, when she dance for the troupe. Goodkat begins experiment in cats, to confirm the 9-lives theory. Kelevra is sended to fight in the WWII, right after being engaged with Marcy 1943, after being hited with a bullet in the leg, Marcus Kelevra returns home. Gretchen start feelling something about Bordem, after she discovers their tries of seduce Lindsey, and he start acting rude on her, aggressive. Presumably, start abusing her. Goodkat returns Madison, hometown. The 9-lives theory gets confirmation and begins the experiment in other animals. 1944, Marcy abandon Kelevra, and he gets into alcoholism.
