If you are a D&D fan, no matter when you started, you will enjoy this show

Combining an environment with outstanding set pieces, an animatronic dark lord as host, excellent examples of traditional miniature figures, full color flat and unbelievably beautiful 3d maps, this show is an example of the kind of D&D game you have dreamed about come to life.

As you watch the 6 stars you will be reminded of your best dungeon master and the usual array of characters. From the overly cautious to the action junky you will recognize typical enthusiastic players. Intro, mid-game break, and goodbyes are provided by our Lovecraftian Lord Arrabann who provides some levity and interaction. One of the best aspects of this show is when you watch it live, you can chat with Lord Arrabann and other audience members with discussions about the game and the dark origins of our host.

It streams live (on Caffeine) for free with no commercials, and audience participation is encouraged via the optional interactive gift giving. Some gifts can even impact the nature of the game play. All this results in wonderful experience for the audience. But you can still watch back episodes (at least as of now) on YouTube.

Watch an episode or two, give the live stream a try.

Incredible story telling and unforgettable characters

Never in a million years did I think I would get into d&d. Through the wonderful rabbit hole that is YouTube, I ended up watching the first episode and was immediately hooked! The cast really bring their characters to life and Jeff is a master of story telling. I am all caught up on the episodes and now enjoy watching live on caffeine tv! I even started a d&d group with some friends and we are loving it!

Excellent, family-friendly D&D actual play

A fantastic cast brings well-constructed, nuanced characters to life in a rich fantasy setting. This series makes an excellent introduction to the world of tabletop RPGs in a family-friendly setting.

The first several episodes were filmed in-studio, with breathtaking miniature sets and models. Unfortunately, the studio had to give way to online video conferencing when the covid-19 pandemic hit, but these amazing players didn't miss a beat! Jeff, the DM launched them into a sub-story arc stretching for more than 22 amazing episodes that provide incredible texture to the world of Ain, created by Jeff for this series.

Epic Storytelling

If you like fantastical stories and/or dungeons and dragons in any way, try watching these. I can't say enough about THE DUNGEON RUN. I only wish I had the time to devote to be a part of their live action experience and interact. Not much of an online person, and learned of this on YouTube from my younger brother years ago during the earliest episodes of season 1. Watch when I can. So happy they continue to progress and move forward. I love watching the newer players become more comfortable and aware. Love all the characters and players, and my admiration for each fluctuates with each experience and episode. Easily tops my list of things to watch when I can devote the time.
