NSA Special Agent Malcolm Evans is in a jam. He's got to quietly find and eliminate five sleeper assassins wandering around Los Angeles. It's going to be tough because they're not trained, they're programmed. After an entire SWAT team is wiped out by a woman in black lingerie, a freelancer is brought in to finish the job. Malcolm quickly finds out his new employee is good, but he's also nuts. Time runs out fast for Malcolm as his boss makes good on his promise to end the problem for everyone.
