I don't watch Greek TV. Greek TV series are usually uninspired, boring, with dumb plots, bad acting and jokes of a ten-year old's' taste. Well, this is everything that this show is not.

I got hooked on it just by passing to say hello to my mother for 1 minute and I ended up watching a whole episode standing up.

It has the innocence seen in cinema of the '60s and the plot idea roughly based on "Htypokardia sto thranio"(1963). The characters are believable and all the cast does a frank performance. You can easily relate to the protagonists Mariza and Thanos, getting the feeling that you are in their skin. While these two give the tone of romance, the supporting characters provide the comic element. When Aspa or Lara open their mouth, you are sure to laugh.

Good writing and adequate direction give the right pace, with enjoyable puns and transitions between scenes. Only negative point: the broad use of cigarettes by the characters.

It is a pity that it is not available in DVD and you will not find any English subtitles any where.

I don't know how to start. I'm finding myself watching this series over and over again. This is not happening with other series. That says something.

I think that Thanos and Mariza's romance is so intense that really you should watch this. I mean that the actors had so much chemistry between them! The story follows a romance that grow between a chemistry teacher and a student. Of course we have our powerful villain that is the previous girlfriend of Thanos. The laughs of this series are unstoppable, because of Lara and Aspa.

The reason I rate it 9/10 is because maybe I wanted a little more episodes (80 in total) and because of the intense love between the two main characters they were breaking up easily, especially in the second cycle, where there was a lot of egoism...

Anyways, I recommend it for sure. It is actually my childhood TV series, and I will watching it forever I guess, since it's containing the naivete of the time, that unfortunately lacks in today's films and series.

Ah, this is my favorite Greek television show! The story is just so fun & the characters, don't even get me started on the characters! It's an obvious 10/10 from me!
