Not just one of the best episodes of the season, but one of the best of the shows entire run.
Plot In A Paragraph: Chandler runs into a former class mate from fourth grade (A superb guest staring role from Julia Roberts) who he humiliated during the school play. Meanhile Monica and Rachel fall out over who should date Jean Claude Van Damme (playing himself) and Ross tries to spend some time with Marcel, while Joey tries to get a part in the movie Outbreak 2: The Virus Takes Manhatten.
Matthew Perry is superb in this episode and he had great chemistry with Julia Roberts. The scene where they were making out on the sofa was great and the scene in the toilet stall with David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc is one of my favourites.

With Matthew Perry's recent passing, this one goes straight from the cheeks (who hurt like hell from all the laughing) to the heart.
I never felt grief so fast after feeling so euphoric. It is such a beautiful experience to deeply and truthfully appreciate an actor's legacy.
It just sucks that he is gone.
Makes you reflect on how you want people to remember you after you leave this world for good.
It makes me think back on the look on my grandparents' face when they talked about Frank Sinatra's passing, or on how my mom was feeling so sad when Amy Winehouse passed away.
I didn't understand it as a little boy, that they felt such an intense emotional connection to someone they never met.
But I'm happy to understand it now.
To Matthew.

This episode contains one of the best scenes from 'Friends': Chandler is stuck in a restaurant toilet wearing only panties (how that came to happen is also pretty interesting) and Joey is looking over from another stall; Ross walks in with no idea of what is actually going on, looks at Joey and says with a grin: 'Some people don't like that.' It's just hilarious. I could not stop laughing until my abs were hurting big time. You will need to watch it to really understand what I mean.
Other bits are pretty cool as well. This episode has Julia Roberts and Van Damme as guest stars. Rachel and Monica's fight over Van Damme is pretty hilarious. Julia Roberts is looking lovely as always.

... but I love it. Today after watching Top Gun Maverik, I came home and started watching this episode. It brings back memories. The 90s... JCVD, Outbreak and the young Julia Roberts. Man, Live is so good. And of course Top Gun and the 80s.

Let's admit it, this is a pretty below average episode overall but people overhype it and rate it extremely high only because it has several guest stars that are famous such as Julia Roberts and
Jean-Claude Van Damme. If it wasn't for appearances by those hugely popular guest stars, this episode would have gotten 6 maybe 7 at best but it gets almost 9 because people are too star-struck.
The storyline is weak, jokes fall flat, half of the episode is Monica and Rachel fighting with each other and tearing each other apart while Ross is barely there and Chandler is just a side character in Susie's (Julia's) storyline.
Just skip this episode. Nothing interesting happens here.
