Raoul strives valiantly to overcome finicky technology as the clock ticks down on his career...and on his client's patience! The pacing radgets up in this short, but satisfying thriller. Lead Actor, ken Elston, negotiates every trial as he battles the odds. It isn't enough that Tim Tate is unreasonable in his demands, the obstacles to be overcome seem unending - even if they include one sexy couple! And the surprise when he re-discovers a past paramour is worth that scene alone. Kim Tuvin, Sheila Cutchlow, and Laura Dunlop provide Raoul with less than he needs, but more fun than we can handle. Ryan Sands and Dionne Audain light up the screen as the trysting couple. Delaney Williams plays way over the top in his scenery chewing performance as Tim Tate. Raoul's crucial final comment was missed drowned out by the audience's howls of laughter at Tim's final line. Find it, enjoy it.

Shattered Imperfection is the Citizen Kane of short, funny, fast, compelling spy movies. From the amazing cast to the slick cinematography and lightening fast editing, this entry in the 2006 48 hour film project (Washington, DC) is well worth watching. The audience follows a spy sent on a mission to recover an extraordinary piece of sculpture for its perfectionist creator. Along the way a sub par spy kit purchased at the neighborhood spy store repeatedly thwarts the spy. Hilarity ensues as he repeatedly attempts to contact customer service in order to make his tools of the trade function properly. It's fast and funny and does the Washington, DC film community proud.
