It's already been ten years since we lost Corey Haim, and fans are celebrating the late actor's memory on social media on what would have been his 49th birthday. Breaking out as a young actor in the 1980s, Haim is well known for his frequent collaborations with Corey Feldman, with the two appearing together in a variety of projects. Haim died of pneumonia in 2010, and over a decade later, fans all across the world along with those who knew Corey are continuing to pay tribute to his legacy.

Regarding Scott Schwartz and Feldman's allegations against Charlie Sheen that we explored in Part 1: Scott has been close with Corey Haim's mother, Judy, for several decades -- ever since he and Haim met on set and became good friends.

Schwartz is sure "if something would have happened between Haim and Sheen, [Corey Haim] would have told his mother.

Former child actor, Scott Schwartz, played the kid who got his tongue stuck against the flagpole in A Christmas Story (1983). Before that, he starred with Richard Prior in The Toy (1982).

He comes to us now with much frustration over the way one Corey Feldman has marred the memory of his close friend Corey Haim (1971-2010), another former child actor who starred with Feldman in many projects.

This is the first of a series of articles documenting our conversation in which Schwartz wants to be very clear about his first-hand knowledge that the two Coreys were not friends in real life.

Feldman is currently promoting his new documentary (My) Truth: The Rape of Two Coreys, in which he claims to name names of those involved in a Hollywood industry pedophilia ring.

In Feldman’s new documentary (My) Truth: The Rape of Two Coreys, which premiered in Los Angeles on Monday, the actor, 48, alleges that his friend told him that Charlie Sheen raped Haim on set of the 1986 film Lucas. At the time Sheen was 19 and Haim was 13.

According to Entertainment Weekly, several others featured in the documentary claimed that Haim had also told them of the alleged sexual abuse, including Feldman’s ex-wife Susannah Sprague, with whom he shares son Zen, 15.

Something you should know about me for this month’s installment of Catalog From the Beyond is that as a kid, I was a huge fan of The Two Coreys. I could not get enough from Coreys Feldman or Haim, and of course much of this love springs from The Lost Boys, a pivotal movie in many of our collective horror educations. It's been quite the week for anybody following Corey Feldman's Truth Campaign as well as the outside story of Charlie Sheen being accused of sexually assaulting Corey Haim in 1986 on the set of Lucas. The National Enquirer ran a story earlier this week accusing Sheen of raping Haim when he was just 13-years old, which the actor categorically denied through a statement released by a representative. The man behind the allegations is Dominick Brascia, who claims that Corey Haim told him about the incident before he passed away in 2010 at the age of 38. But now, the story has been flipped after Haim's mother appeared on the Doctor Oz show.

Judy Haim sides with Charlie Sheen and denies that he abused her son. As she doesn't know for certain, she explains to Doctor Oz that she would have known as Corey Haim was a "transparent" child and she would have noticed the differences right away.

During an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show on Friday, Judy Haim addressed a recent National Enquirer report in which former actor Dominick Brascia, who was close with Haim, alleged that a 19-year-old Charlie Sheen sexually assaulted a 13-year-old Haim on set of the 1986 film Lucas.

A spokesperson for Sheen previously told People the actor “absolutely denies the claim,” and on Friday, Judy alleged that it wasn’t Sheen who sexually abused her son, but rather Brascia himself.

The clip for the upcoming show bleeps out the name, but a quick search through the official Corey Haim website brings us to an interesting update that is believed to be from September 27th, 2016, which not only names the man in question, but also sheds light on current events. In fact, many are speculating that the official Corey Haim website recently posted the "update" and backdated it to form a false narrative and throw the public and police off of current allegations surrounding Charlie Sheen.

When the Academy forgot (or intentionally excluded) Corey Haim in the Oscars' "In Memoriam" reel, we at NextMovie were appalled. The guy was Sam in "The Lost Boys!"

As a boy, Haim stole the spotlight in movies like "Lost Boys," "Lucas" and "Watchers." As a man, he battled drug addiction until his death about a year ago. And now, to be snubbed posthumously is a sad coda to those rough final years.

Its not the biggest omission made by Oscar Producers in recent years, but on last night's 83rd Annual Academy Awards telecast, former teen actor Corey Haim was excluded from the In Memoriam segment which remembers those actors and filmmakers who have passed away in the last year.

Farrah Fawcett was left out of the 2010 In Memoriam segment, and George Carlin failed to make the cut in 2009. When Heath Ledger died in January of 2008, show producers made sure to include the beloved actor, but Brad Renfro, who died just a few days after Heath was snubbed due to "time constraints".

Those behind putting together the In Memoriam segment for last night's show have not chimed in on why Corey Haim was left out of the reel. He was an accomplished actor at a young age, with starring roles in the hit films Lucas and The Lost Boys. Corey Haim died in March of 2010 from pneumonia.

This is the side of Corey Haim the public didn't know.

The late actor -- he passed away in March 2010 -- was known as much for his persistent drug addiction as his gigantic teenage stardom in the 80's. He made very public his issues in his reality series "The Two Coreys" (filmed with friend Corey Feldman), and when he ended up dying of pneumonia, outside speculation about drugs causing his death sprung up, especially given an order for prescription pills he had placed shortly before passing.

Haim's mother, Judy Haim, appeared on "Good Morning America" on Wednesday to clear up those allegations and remember the son that no one else knew.

After recalling a story about Corey feeling sick during a game of frisbee and running a fever for the entire day before his death, Judy said:

We can finally forget about The Tribe. Lost Boys: The Thirst is what a follow up to The Lost Boys should be. That’s not saying it’s anywhere near the level of the 1987 Joel Schumacher classic. Far from it. But when news broke that sequels to The Lost Boys were going straight to DVD, a drop in quality was a forgone conclusion. Our only hope was that the films tied into the original, paid respectful homage to it and included a bunch of dumb fun. Lost Boys: The Tribe didn’t. The Thirst, on the other hand, does and there by cleanses the palate of its awful predecessor. It’s not a “good movie” but it’s fun and Lost Boys fans can breath a sigh of relief that this third film attempts, and mostly succeeds, to do right by them. The erstwhile Brandon Walsh and Dylan McKay are collaborating on "Goodnight For Justice," a Hallmark Movie Channel film produced by Perry and directed by Priestley. Deadline reports that "Goodnight" is a Western starring Perry as John Goodnight, a circuit judge seeking vengeance on the man who killed his family. It's unclear at this time whether or not Priestley will appear in front of the camera, but the very idea of these former "Beverly Hills" rivals turned pals getting back together is pretty excellent nonetheless.

According to a coroner's report released Tuesday (May 4), the "License to Drive" star died of natural causes from a combination of pneumonia and respiratory and heart trouble.

Hundreds of friends and family packed the Thornhill memorial chapel in Toronto on Tuesday (March 16) for the funeral of actor Corey Haim, who died last week at age 38 of yet-undetermined causes.

According to The Toronto Star, more than 200 people attended the ceremony, while more than a dozen fans of "The Lost Boys" star stood quietly on the chapel lawn outside to pay their respects. Haim's family has arranged a funeral for him in his native Toronto on Tuesday. The funeral was paid in part by celebrity memorabilia website Startifacts, which donated ,000 to his family.

But Feldman, who starred with Haim in numerous films, including the cult classic "The Lost Boys," will not be attending the private ceremony, citing respect to the family's wishes.

In a candid interview with U.S. news show Access Hollywood, the actress says, "I know who they're talking about and that guy is still walking around.

"I hope he's having a horrible life... I was there with them, I was friends with them at this time. I have been in the place where this was happening... He just preyed on the boys... It's disgusting.

"I'll kinda do a little research and remember his name and see if he's still around and if he's registered (as a sex offender). That guy is dirt. I walked away and forgot that person a long time ago but, if he is here, he should be stopped."...

In films such as "Blown Away" and "The Double 0 Kid," Nicole Eggert played Corey Haim's leading lady - a role she once held off-screen as well. With the news that Corey died early Wednesday morning, the actress sat down with Access Hollywood's Maria Menounos on Thursday to remember her late friend.

Though the two were close, Nicole told Maria it had been a "year or two" since she'd last seen him.

More startling developments in the sudden and tragic death of ’80s icon Corey Haim, 38, have been released. La officials told TMZ that four pill bottles, containing incredibly strong prescription drugs, were allegedly found following Corey’s death on Mar. 10.

The report says generic versions of Vicodin and Valium, as well as the muscle relaxer Soma and an anti-psychotic med Haloperidol, were all found in his mother Judy’s Oakwood, CA apartment. And shockingly, they were all prescribed by the same La psychiatrist just days before the actors death.

The coroner’s office will not confirm or specify the report, but according to TMZ, law officials say Corey died of an accidental overdose.

If the Artful Dodger had smartened himself up, dyed his hair, worn snazzy jackets with the sleeves rolled up, and sought an alternative career as a Jackie or My Guy cover star, he would have resembled Corey Haim at the peak of his career.

The Canadian actor, who has died unexpectedly aged 38, did not spend more than a few years in the limelight. Yet it was his chirpy, irrepressible personality, as much as the occasional high-profile film role between the mid-1980s and early 90s, that earned him the affectionate regard of mainstream audiences. Out of a meagre selection of movies, many of which went straight to video or DVD, it was the 1987 vampire romp The Lost Boys which earned him his teenybopper fanbase.
