Tous à l'Ouest : Une aventure de Lucky Luke (2007)

Trivia

Tous à l'Ouest : Une aventure de Lucky Luke

Edit
Loosely based on the 1964 Lucky Luke graphic novel 'La Caravane' by Morris and Goscinny.
The two bellhops at the New York hotel, who's uniforms carry the nameplates 'René' and 'Maurice', are caricatures of Lucky Luke writer René Goscinny and artist Morris (birth name Maurice de Bevere).
The "cockroaches" from "Oggy et les Cafards" (in English: Oggy and the Cockroaches) make a cameo. This is a creation of director Olivier Jean-Marie in which a way-out cat has to deal with pesky cockroaches, and had success in France and abroad.
Two French versions were done for this movie: the original version for France and a special French Canadian version for Quebec fans whose Lucky Luke fan base comes from a long time. The Quebec version has Stephane Rousseau as the voice of Lucky Luke and humorist group "Rock & Belles Oreilles" doing the voice of the Dalton brothers. Some Quebec references were included in the script.
