Series of a few seasons and of poor quality even if the storylines of the episodes, however simple, worked. This cartoon would have greatly benefited a better technical sector and a couple of more experienced writers.

Growing up used to watch this on tv saturday morning, huge fan of this show. Binge watched it on youtube, the quality of the show was awfully low but i really like the storyline (reminds me of jackie chan adventure but collecting armband instead of masks or coins/medal). Very adventurous and huge fan of the mystic element and used to enjoyed watching those crappy action scenes lol. Although this doesnt age well but it became a huge part of my childhood. Sound scores were pretty genericand the voice castings were just okay, some were awful. Big fan of the handrawn animation. Recommended, although i dont think that current generation will tune into this.

I'm talking about the Legend of the Dragon cartoon.

It's one of the anime style cartoons.

I didn't find it impressive at first, but it really manages to grow on you.

The main characters aren't necessarily the coolest looking the series(strange), but other than that the stories themselves are usually interesting, and there are plenty of twists and turns in the overall storyline to make you want to watch.

Basically the story is about Twin brother and sister, with twin destinies(light and shadow)

The interaction between them can be quite interesting at times, siblings who do care for each other, but are on opposite sides.

I woke up this morning and turned on the telly to Children's TV. This show, Legend of the Dragon was on, and the whole time i watched it I was thinking, OH MY GOSH, I'm going to go and write a review, or rather just winge, on IMDb.

What is with the pathetic voice acting. "Uggghhh, noooah....Anyg is dyiiiinng...whatever shall we dooo?!" ARGH it just got me fuming.

And then the ridiculous fight scenes. Sure they are impressive, but they are like, challenging each other to see who can do the best "triple double flip via stingy kick pow punch wowza." Ayng was talking, or rather monologuing, while versing the bad guy, and as he is doing so, hes flipping in the air!!!!!!! And doesn't even punch the guy. He just flips.

With that, i end my winge. Hope you agree. The drawings are the only thing that does the show justice.
