    path of the legend

This fire Emblem lacing my top 3 games of the franchise and I think it is amazing goodly design. Love the conversation new support and just a story and world building is amazing in this one.

The story of ike mercenary, I think it's one of the best in their franchise mostly because we're playing as a commoner not a noble for the first time and it's amazing to see it from another perspective. You are helping the noble person getting their throne back. You are not the one who is gonna get it back.

And he's also a lovable hympo who has amazing cynical Mage boy with him. Who is very sweet and I want to protect.

I really like the world building with the animal people humans history law just all of it comes together in a way where it doesn't feel forced because we're learning it together with the main character when we go through the world.

And it has the best mechanic in franchise, where if you're completely level fast you get bonus experience which I love it actually makes me want to grow fast through the levels and make it more fun, so I don't turtle. This is the best mechanic in all of the franchise. Why isn't it in all the games?

And because I go fast it more risky strategies, which means I lose units which make it more fun because then I have to train up other guys. It's just makes it more tense and more fun situations because I go fast all the time.

I own the problem with the game is the last 3 levels feel like every enemy has become tanks and take way too many hits and there are so many of them and it takes so long to get through the levels, but that is 3 out of all levels, so it's not that bad.

If you are anyway interested, then play it it has the best conversation the best world-building and an amazing main character.

This is the most rare expensive best Fire Emblem game ever

I remember back in the mid 2000s when I borrowed this game from my best friend and I played it on my Gamecube and I won it. But since then I've forgot to buy it and the prices online climbed very high in the Internet marketplace.

You play as Ike with CGI cutscenes and 3D battle graphics. Ike and his father Greil forms an army and they set out to Black Knight and Ashnard while Ikes father Greil gets killed and Ike has to avenge him by setting out to kill the Black Knight and later to kill Ashnard the evil tyrant and overthrow him from the kingdom Crimea.

The game play is still the same as in Fire Emblem 2003 and Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones 2004 and is similar to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. You still fight with swords, axes, spears, bow and arrows, magic spells. You also get a level up for every 100 exp and you can promote your level 10-20 character using a crest item. But a new feature is being able to play as Laguz the people who transform into beasts and bird creatures. You can still lose your characters if they run out of HPs and if Ike gets killed, then it's game over.

Like I said this is the rarest most expensive Fire Emblem Gamecube game ever. If you're willing to pay over hundreds of dollars for a used or New copy, consider yourself lucky and better hope the Gamecube mini disc works perfectly because this game is hard to come by even in the Internet marketplace.

I only hope that the Nintendo company will either reissue Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance on the Wii U or release it on the Gamecube Virtual Console.

    • Trivia
Due to this game being produced in limited copies, this makes it one of the most expensive Gamecube game ever due to it being a rare hard-to-find item.
    • Goofs
In Chapter 25, after the battle is won, the scene with Ike and his group hiking the mountain clearly shows Ike on screen wearing his old Ranger costume even though he's been promoted to Lord class after Chapter 17, while in the text dialog box, it shows Ike's profile picture wearing his Lord costume.

Ike: Father... What's going on? Where are you?

[Ike runs in the woods in the dark and sees Greil and the Black Knight fighting with an axe and sword]

      Ike: Father!

      [Greil quickly looks at Ike]

      Greil: Ike! Stay back!

Black Knight: [Tosses Ragnell to Greil] Here. Use this blade.

      Greil: ...What are you doing?

Black Knight: [Unsheathes Alondite] I've been waiting for this for a long time. I would prefer it if you use your proper weapon, so that I might see you at your full strength, General Gawain, Rider of Daein.

Greil: That was my name... once. But I...

[Greil throws Ragnell back at the Black Knight]

Greil: ...Threw it away. the only weapon I need... is right... HERE!

      [Greil pulls out his battleaxe]

Black Knight: Do you... want to die?

Greil: Your voice... I remember you. Think you can defeat me, the man who taught you how to fight? What a fool. Come on, boy. Come try me.

[the Black Knight continues to fight until he stabs Greil]

Black Knight: Is that... all there is? No challenge. No resistance.

[Then Greil falls to the ground and dies. Ike runs up to Greil and holds him while the Black Knight stands still]

Ike: Father! Don't... Don't leave! Don't leave me! FATHER!
