Yes, I agree that the acting is terrible and cinematography leaves a lot to be desired. But the sound had a raw feel I liked. Taken as a documentary disguised as a story, this one of the better indie hip-hop films I've seen in a while. In the same vein as Master P's " I'm Bout It"; the characters are one dimensional with no true character arc. But that is the nature of these productions. These are vehicles designed to draw attention to the artists and the scene they encompass. In this case the Dirty South.
Quanie Cash has a large following in these circles and probably decided to tell a story based on his own life experiences. Unfortunately, he wrote and produced it himself, instead of hiring somebody. But, what the film lacks in production value it makes up for in the locations. The gritty slums feel real because they are. Rumor has it that this where Quanie and several of the characters actually live. Even after production was halted due to a rival gang showing up with machine guns. Which caused the film to be moved underground for its completion.

Watching this was definitely a mistake. It used lots of clichés from other gangster movies, but failed to portray any of them effectively.
The acting was sub-par and the video and audio was worse. I'm no expert, but if I'm not mistaken, some of was shot on video rather than film. Unless you're into Quanie Cash's music, don't bother.
I don't have anything against low-budget movies, but this one had no redeeming values at all. The story was boring and there was no character development which would allow any empathy for any of the characters in the film.
I've just been informed by IMDb that my "comment does not contain enough lines".
So let me comment on the police in the movie. They looked like they were extras in some of the cheesier porn movies I've seen in my life.
I don't know who Quanie Cash is, but I get the impression he is a loser wannabe from Atlanta, and drank a little too much malt liquor and smoked way too much dirt weed while making this film.
Is that enough?

Amazon movies must have someone working full-time looking for the worst black movies EVER made. If that's the case he should be well paid. 275 pound white police officer trying to talk like black gangster with two gold teeth in the front of his mouth. How do movies like this even get made. It was hard to write this without cussing. I don't usually write reviews like this, but this movie SUCKS Monkey balls. I would say to skip this one but why should I have to suffer this alone. How this ever got a 7 rating, I'll never know. Bad script, bad acting, no redeeming value whatsoever. They must have bought their 7 rating. UGH! Nice cars.
