Andy Griffith, Don Knotts, and Jack Prince in The Andy Griffith Show (1960)

Trivia

Rafe Hollister Sings

The Andy Griffith Show

Edit
Rafe Hollister is the third character that Jack Prince will play on the show, including 'Ben Sewell' in "Alcohol and Old Lace" and 'Luke Rainier' in "The Inspector." He will have a very brief appearance as the Rummage Sale Customer in "Christmas Story" from the first season.
Final appearance of Parley Baer as Mayor Roy Stoner.
This is not only the last episode with Parley Baer as mayor, it's the last episode for any actor to play the mayor. Although various plots will involve council members, there will only be rare references to unnamed mayors for the rest of the series.
This is the sixth and final episode that Jack Prince appears in The Andy Griffith Show. Jack Prince played Ben Sewell, Luke Rainer, Rummage Sale Customer and Rafe Hollister.
Isabel Randolph, who plays 'Mrs. Jeffries,' appears as another socialite in "A Plaque for Mayberry."
