This film was recently posted on IMDb, as they have a new service available in the United States where you can watch films and short films online.
APT. 3157 has a very good concept. A lady moves into a new apartment and oddly starts having psychic episodes where she witnesses murders. It's scary and shocking and could either be a great movie or short film. BUT, at only 3 minutes long, the whole thing just feels very rushed and this is just too short a running time for such a good idea. I sure hope they consider remaking it and stretching it out to build tension and suspense.
