So great!

A great program about the real life of men around the 30 y.o. By signing a pact, they swear to be themselves, free and young in a cruel world dominated by feminism and to taste to many kind of pleasures and experiences. Then "Les Invincibles" makes a funny parallel with super heroes, transposing their "real life story" into a comic strip.

"Les Invincibles" presents 4 kind of guy: the rational (PA), the explorer (Steve), the artist (Rémi) and the submitted (Carlos). Among theirs adventures and discoveries, we feel the value of friendship, solidarity and pride. We also remember how women are complicated;) I've seen all the episodes and I'm proud to be a male! Les Invincibles rules!

I don't understand why this is so highly rated

This has been given an 8.5 and I'm not entirely sure why. It's not really a Comedy. The funny parts are few and far between. The acting is professional quality, but it's just... depressing? Any early charm also fades away as the series goes on.

Honestly as someone who loves François Létourneau, this is his weakest work by a mile. The ending was at least built up to but doesn't really bring closure.

I don't think the guy who wrote the other review actually watched the series (certainly not beyond Season 1), because basically everything he said is completely inaccurate to what happens in the show.

For those trying to learn French:

Go for Série Noire (Quebec), C'est Comme Ça Que Je T'aime (Quebec), Dix Pour Cent (France) and Drôle-Standing Up (France) instead.

Les Invincibles isn't as bad as M'entends-Tu?, which I gave a 3 too and honestly was probably too nice on since realistically THIS was a 3, and I don't feel as angry that my time was wasted as I was when I watched that, but I genuinely can't think who Les Invincibles show is actually supposed to appeal to.
