For his follow up to The Happiest Baby on the Block and The Happiest Toddler on the Block, pediatrician Dr. Harvey Karp (who has worked with celeb moms like Jewel and Ali Landry) decided to tackle one of the biggest issues facing new parents: lack of sleep.

His third and newest book, The Happiest Baby Guide to Great Sleep, provides tips and techniques for parents looking to help their babies establish better sleep patterns, while his previous works (Happiest Baby On The Block and Happiest Toddler On The Block) have been re-released on DVD to better demonstrate...

Fubar: Meet The Worst Anti-Abortion Ad Ever
Freedom of Speech is one of the most fundamental rights we have as Americans. Freedom of Assh*les, however, is something entirely different. And we’re sad to say this anti-abortion billboard in New York City falls under the latter category. Found on 6th Ave. and Watts Street, merely 3 blocks away from a Soho Planned Parenthood Clinic, the ad portrays an adorable African-American toddler with the text “The Most Dangerous Place For An African-American Child Is In The Womb.” Their website, which I visited for the purposes of this post, claims that our generation is being wiped out due to abortions. Um, newsflash? Our Earth isn’t even going to have the resources to feed our population by the year 2050, and that’s assuming the aliens from Independence Day don’t get here first. If these people really cared about stopping abortions and lowering our population crisis, they should stop...

Julianne Moore The “Hundred-Year-Old Model”
Oh please, girlfriend. When asked about modeling for Bulgari, Julianne Moore joked, “I like to call myself the hundred-year-old model.” Apparently Julianne wants all the actual hundred-year-old models to cry themselves to sleep tonight into their orthopedic neck pillows, because at 50 Moore has dewier skin than we had in the womb. In The Womb, People. Still, better to be an ancient hot lady than an eleven-year-old alien like 98% of models, we always say. It’s true, we always say that! Despite being the holy grail of MILFs, Moore’s not afraid to lay down some real talk for her fellow olds: “I’m always shocked by people who talk about not being middle-aged, I’m like, ‘How old do you think you’re going to live? Let’s double your age and see where you get.’ People are always like, ‘Thirty-five is not middle-aged.’ I’m like, ‘Double it.’” Don’t worry,...

**This pic' is unrelated to the film and provided courtesy of Mediabistro.com

The synopsis for Drift here:

"The plague has lasted years. Sean stopped counting; the calendar filled with Xs. Memories faded, dreams lost.

Alone, so very alone, in a world occupied by nothing more than death. Finding solace in the isolated, snow covered north, Sean searches for a new beginning away from the stench of rotting corpses and the festering disease of the walking dead.

In the womb of mother nature,...

Brooke Burke on Having the Sex Talk With Your Kids
Todd Williamson/WireImage Brooke Burke doesn’t “have all the answers” for her children — Neriah, 9, Sierra Sky, 7, Heaven Rain, 2 ½, and Shaya Braven, 17 months — but is “committed to being truthful with them.” That resolve was tested recently when Neriah came to her with a dreaded subject among many moms — sex questions!

Although the former DWtS champ has “always been open and honest” with her daughters — the girls had already seen the National Geographic special In The Womb — Brooke confesses she had been able to “focus on what happens to the sperm and the egg and so on and so on, without ever addressing how they get together…” until Neriah approached with follow-up queries.

When Neriah asked about the specifics of the process, Brooke bounced the question back at her, asking what she thought. When her daughter replied, “From sex,” Brooke says she was left “wondering whom she is talking about sex...
