For this breakup anthem, Pink strips down to a corset in a vintage-inspired black-and-white video.

The Frame Blends Mystery and Sci-fi in this Brilliant, First Trailer
Double Edge Films and director Jamin Winans have completed production on the sci-fi thriller The Frame. Winans is most widely known for his production on the short film "Spin" and the brilliantly shot sci-fi feature Ink. Both films were self-distributed. As well, Winans scores all of his own films, including his latest. Film fans can see Winans' upcoming endeavour, with the first trailer for The Frame hosted here. Double Edge Films is keeping the plot of The Frame behind close doors. Only the genres of the film have been revealed. The Frame will blend science fiction tones with those of mystery. Also, David Carranza and Tiffany Mualem will star. The trailer for The Frame is truly beautiful. Short shots are interspersed over an image of a man running. Meanwhile, Winans' score offers a moody trance-like soundtrack, which matches up to the action onscreen perfectly. The first official trailer for The Frame...

Short Film Of The Day: Spin
Why Watch? DJ as destiny. People as Rube Goldberg device. Jamin Winans came out of nowhere (seemingly) to amaze with Ink, but this is the short film that got him the attention he deserved in the first place. It’s a head-noddable exploration of the rhythm of life where editing has as big a role to play as camera work. How does everything in life work out? Apparently it’s because of a guy in a bandana lugging around twin turntables. What does it cost? Just 8 minutes of your time. Check out Spin for yourself: Spin (2005) Trust us. You have time for more short films.

Lionel Richie, Ryan Seacrest, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan in American Idol: The Search for a Superstar (2002)
Which A-list music acts should the 'Idol' finalists duet with in the finale?
Lionel Richie, Ryan Seacrest, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan in American Idol: The Search for a Superstar (2002)
We learned last night which American Idol contestants will be advancing to the finals. But what I really want to know is: Who will the Top 13 sing with in the finale? Now, we know every year, the Fox series trots out A-list musical acts (like the rumored Bono; Fox is not commenting on whether or not he will really appear on the season 10 finale) to sing alongside a good number of finalists. So now it’s time to create our wish lists: If every member of the Top 13 were to sing with a superstar, which would you choose for them?...

Awesome new short film from Jamin Winans
If you haven’t heard of Jamin Winans, don’t worry. You will. I’m talking about one of my favorite up and coming young filmmakers who is sure to find some traction in mainstream cinema before long. Jamin Winans broke onto the indie scene with a short film, Spin, which played at over 75 film festivals and garnered over 40 rewards. His feature film follow-up to Spin came almost four years later, with the hugely popular independent film, Ink.

Jamin Winans' Ink Puts A New Spin On Piracy
"A mysterious DJ is sent to a city block to mend a series of chain reactions that occur in our everyday lives."

Taglined "Two Turntables and a Time Machine", Spin, from 2005, is a short film by director Jamin Winans. The director's latest film, the full length Modern fairytale Ink, hit stores and Bittorent sites this month. Even though Spin has had millions of views across the internet and the trailers for Ink looked fantastic, distributors passed on the film, no doubt fearing that although independent, the film does not fit into the indie box. At first Jamin and crew where pissed, but then had to face the truth that without the downloads and the word of mouth they will produce people just wouldn't have known about Ink. Word of mouth is now turning the film into a serious cult smash and a genuine one unlike Paranormal Activity's carefully managed marketing campaign.
