    Not worth watching

I like watching snowboarding when I'm not skateboarding in the summer time so I thought I'd give this movie a try. It has a million dollar budget so it can;t be that bad. I was wrong.

The writing was terrible. Arguments seemed like they happened too quickly and conflicts would happen in almost every scene. The directing was horrible and same to the audio. Too many scenes prolonged while the audio peeked during arguments. When the audio didn't peek, it was muffled. Though saying all this, it wasn't badly acted. Some of the extras were bad but for the most part, the leads did a decent job. The stunts were also pretty good but not over the top.

You'll get a typical storyline out of this but it was well below average even for a low budget film. The budget must of been spent mainly on the leads and stunt devils.

A fair movie for what it is cut to a throbbing pop-punk, hip-hop and rap soundtrack

If you just watch it as entertainment and a collection of world-class snowboarding to a throbbing pop-punk, hip-hop/rap soundtrack, and a thin plot connecting everything, White Air is entertaining.

Their's also a specials disk with pure snowboarding action and insane big country footage.

Alex Crow dreams of turning professional snowboarder have faded and he now works as a mechanic. With a second chance at turning pro Alex must choose to either follow his dream or give up and work a stable profession. The frequent snowboarding action sequences clearly serve the snowboarding fans. The super pipe sequences are well shot and the plot contains standard elements we have seen in countless movies like, Karate Kid, Blue Crush and others aimed at a younger audience. It's a low budget movie that plays well over music and action fun. Nothing to serious but enough to entertain for close to 1 1/2 hours.

    All over energetic film

Well written story, excellently directed. Overall entertaining. A must see for all sports lover.A fell good movie, for all ages. Take a date, your friend, your teenagers, grandparents. Rarely do you find a movie that could entertain an array of people. The actors were believable, no doubt the direction of a good director. These actors were brought to their finest potential. The actors all were enjoying themselves , they seemed to like the script and were comfortable to play their characters. The music in this film was meticulous picked. A movie of this caliber needs the right music. Good job!, to the Actors, Directors, Producers! Give us more. V&V

    UNWATCHABLE!

I bought this DVD for 1 canadian dollars. And i've watched it for only 30 minutes before destroying the DVD disc. Piece of garbage.

It's a cheap production. It was filmed with probably a first generation digital camera. The sound is awful and that music at every minute, grunge, rock, rap, name them is sooo annoying!! That was the reason i've stopped watching.

And snowboarding in California??? Really??? You better watch some old winter olympic games and you will be more satisfied.

Of course if you're in the 12 to 20 years old range, maybe this is for you...

    White Air Is Worthy

White Air is a good little movie, well cast (that guy Riley Smith looks like an up-n-comer), some killer action sequences (felt like I was right there in the slush), and most importantly it's heart is in the right place. It doesn't have any of the cynicism that usually plagues the action sports genre, it's a good hearted pic and it's not afraid to wear that heart on it's sleeve. I think the director got a lot of bang out of what was obviously some limited bucks, I'd be interested to see what he could do working with a little more coin. Overall a fun ride that beats the hell out of most direct to video efforts, one that I would've been happy shelling out a few bucks for in the theater. Like I said, White Air is worthy. Check it out.
