Amon Saga is an anime OVA released in 1986. The OVA is based on a manga from 1984 which was written by Baku Yumemakura and illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano.
This video was shown theatrically on a double bill with Itoshi no Betty Mamonogatari.
The character designs were done by Yoshitaka Amano was is famously known for Vampire Hunter D.
