Reel TV: First Look at Jason Blum and Eli Roth's 'South of Hell'
Eli Roth shot onto the horror scene in 2002 with Cabin Fever and quickly became a sort of new authority in the horror world. A lot of that probably has to do with him being one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgable talking heads on the great Bravo mini-series The 100 Scariest Movie Moments. That combined with the release of Hostel turned him into a household name faster than any horror director in recent memory. That said, in the last few year's Roth's career has been a bit uneven. In 2008 Bravo and Chiller aired the sequel to The 100 Scariest Movie Moments called 30 Even Scarier Movie Moments and what better time than October to watch scary scenes from some of the best horror movies released and some non horror films as well. Before each scary moment that is shown you get to hear interviews from horror genre critics, actors and other famous people that experienced each scary movie moment. The clips also show horror movie film clips and stills from the movie which makes for a great reminder to some of my favorite horror moments. News: 28 Days Later gets a comic
Fox Atomic Comics and Boom! Studios announced that July will see 28 Days Later return to comic books and graphic novels.

Initial launch story will be firmly based in 28 Days Later continuity with the first arc focusing on Selena. Bridging the gap between 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later, a few key questions will be answered along the way: what happened to Selena after 28 Days Later? How did Selena happen upon the machete she wields in 28 Days Later?

The film franchise has grossed over $145 million globally and been named by the cable channel Bravo as having one of "The 100 Scariest Movie Moments" -- Empire Magazine honored it as one of the "500 Greatest Movies of All Time." The New York Times called it "Bracingly smart."
