A Celebration of the Wu-Tang Swords

Any fan of the Wu will get a kick out of the concert footage, and then kick themselves for not going to the real thing. Though some of the songs are belated, the treat here is watching all nine members perform together, in some cases for the first time since the tracks were originally recorded. And these emcee masters do it flawlessly. Plus, it's probably the last time we'll get to see ODB jam it out.

With a new album from the Wu most likely years from seeing the light, this easily feeds a fans hunger, and with all the energy from the crowd and the enthusiasm of the nine members, it becomes hard not to "sing-along."

    The clan back together

This DVD is a must for fans of the Wu-Tang Clan, like I am for over 7 years already!

I was amazed how the guys came together after such a long time and just rocked the show. I think they could even perform together as old men and still rock the house! The Concert features almost all the classics and some nice songs from the new stuff. I also liked the guest-appearance by Redman! I think Ghostface and Method Man gave the best performance, but they where all quiet good! Only O.D.B. was a little too "quiet" in my opinion! But I am so grateful that O.D.B. featured this concert.

    R.I.P. Dirty Osirius!!!

I must say that the sound of the DVD was also pretty good! So if you like the WTC then this should be the next to watch! Check out the CD, too!!! (altough there are missing some songs from the concert!)

    A Wu-Tang Reunion

I'm a real fan of rap and run a hip-hop web site, no one else had a comment so I'll lay it out for you.

I got this as a gift and since Wu-tangs's one of the best groups I checked it out. It turns out that it was the reunion concert taping with interviews with the Wu-members. That was the first time all of Wu-tang had all been together in 7 years, and it showed how they are ready to release a new album. It was also ODBs last time preforming since he died a couple weeks after the concert.

Anyway the song list on this is nice a lot of the best Wu-bangers, and some nice Raekwon tracks from only built for Cuban Link. They all preformed fine, but ghost-face was killing it the Apollo kid track was the most well done. I don't think RZA should still be rapping, he just doesn't sound right yelling in the Mic on stage.

The interview with Wu-tang is broken up into the video, some nice interviews..of course method man was the tightest but hes always trying to get up in TV. ODBs funny as always, started drinking again.
