The film started with actress Nilufer, but when the director spotted Divya Dutta he was spellbound. He immediately replaced the signed actress with Divya.
Ayub Khan left the film due to date problems.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
The film was hyped in magazine's due to it being the debut of a Stardust Academy discovery (Divya Dutta). Divya's maternal uncle is director Deepak Bahry.
