JoJo's Circus offers learning on many levels.

My daughter began counting to three at the age of 15 months. Why? JoJo was counting and my little girl counted back. There is something captivating about JoJo's Circus. The animation is lively and colorful, and the voices are endearing. There is constant movement and reinforcement of a variety of skills, from motor development to counting to appropriate social behavior. There is one problem with JoJo's Circus. This show sends a subtle but deplorable message about nutrition. These characters, from animals and kids to parents and teachers, eat nothing but junk food. The healthiest thing I've ever seen them eat is a hamburger. They live in a world where cakes and candies grow on trees. A trip to the grocery store with her dad has JoJo looking for items like pie and candy. In short, JoJo's Circus is a wonderful show that offers both entertainment and educational opportunities. It is, however, a perfect example of why you must watch television with your children and be prepared to talk afterward about the things they learned. You do want them learning to count to three- you don't want them asking for cake for lunch!

    We love Jojo!!!

As a mom of a preschooler, I love Jojo's Circus!! My daughter is not yet 2 and has learned so much from Jojo and Goliath! She says "bend knees and jump" and repeats those actions with Jojo. She mimics a lot of the things that Jojo does and has learned a lot of body parts (knees, elbows, etc.) that she didn't already know. Jojo is one of the very few shows that doesn't get on my nerves. I actually enjoy listening to the soundtrack in my car and know most of the words!! A friend of mine who has no kids is now hooked on watching the show as she gets ready for work every morning. It's a great show with great lessons, morals and values. I would recommend it to anyone!

    This is a great show!

I watch this show with my daughter every morning on Playhouse Disney. I don't think we've missed a day since we saw it the first time. She and I get up, or down, whatever the case may be, and do what JoJo wants her audience. I love the animation, the colors, and the activities the show has for the day. We've exercised, gardened, among other things. We've gone to school with Jojo, eaten breakfast with her family, even had a sleepover with Jojo, her friends, and my daughter's stuffed friends, just before my daughter's nap time. She loves this show so much, as well as her daddy & I, she's going as JoJo for Halloween. This is a great show that every toddler-preschool child will love. A great substitute to the other "older" shows that are shown on the Cartoon Network.

Can't believe nobody's commented on this gem yet

Like Stanley, this is yet another Disney creation that is fantastic. Take the theme music for example - great music actually! Then, JoJo, which is a sweet loveable clown that is very interactive with her viewers, asking them to participate in lessons on everything from exercise to just about anything kids like. Jojo's circus has a cool look to it, lots of colors, high quality animation that looks like "claymation", and based on not just Jojo but her extended family and friends within a clown town. This show continually strives to get kids to not only learn but actively particpate in the "lesson" for each show. I love the show's opening theme, and I wasn't surprised when I heard that it's covered by at least one well known rock band.
