The first hour of this comedy was alright, not all that memorable but was alright. I didn't laugh or even chuckle, but was amused few times then and there. Just about everything about this movie is plain downright ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. However you just have to go with it in order to be able to watch it without nitpicking everything. I give it credit for when this movie came out, but it's kinda outdated now and corny especially the last 30 minutes. The first hour is watchable, but the last 30 minutes or so just drags on and on. Ha Ji-won isn't a amazing actress in this, but she fit the role very well.

Do you really expect much from Korean comedies? Does anyone watch them expecting a great and innovative film? NO. You know going in that 99% of them are very dumb, often with sick humor or unintelligible plots. How can you expect much more.
With that in mind, this is one of the funniest, dumb, sick humored and unintelligible Korean romantic comedies I've seen. If you haven't been privileged enough to watch a Korean comedy yet, this may not be the place to start.
The lead actress is annoying (and they usually are in these types of films), but you can't help but laugh sometimes. The supporting cast delivers some great laughs as well.
If you are a fan of the genre then you will not be disappointed. If not, then you've stumbled on this web page by accident and you should run away VERY fast. You don't know what you're getting yourself into.

After her boyfriend breaks up with her on their 100th day anniversary "Kang Ha-yeong" (Ji-Wan Ha) is dejectedly walking home and upon seeing a can in the road decides to kick it to relieve some of her frustrations. Upon doing so, however, the can strikes a motorist driving a Lexus 430 which causes some minor damage to the bumper. Although the driver, "Lee Hyeong-jun" (Jae-won Kim) initially appears to be quite upset, in reality he isn't too concerned but having observed the attitude displayed by Ms. Kang he decides to have some fun at her expense. So he exaggerates the cost of the damage by inflating a $10 repair cost to $3000 just to see her reaction. Sure enough, she falls for the joke and runs off to avoid paying. Unfortunately, it's at this time that she accidentally drops her high school student ID card which then emboldens Lee Hyeong-jun to elevate the practical joke even further by tracking her down and demanding that she works for him as his personal slave for 100 days. Being totally naïve and fearing any repercussions from the law, she reluctantly agrees-and that's when the fun really begins. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this was a cute romantic-comedy which had an entertaining plot and featured some good humor for much of the duration. Admittedly, some of the humor was a bit low-brow and the last third of the film wasn't nearly as good or fast-paced. But even so, I enjoyed this film for the most part and have rated it accordingly. Slightly above average.
First of all, I'd just like to say that I'm really offended at the comment by the previous user. 'i guess it's hard to expect Korea to keep putting out quality movie.' If you're going to write a review, at least use proper grammar and capitalise your i's. What do you mean it's hard for Korea to keep putting out quality movies? That's a very racist comment and it shouldn't be posted here.
Onto the real review...this was a really disappointing movie. I had high expectations for it since it sounded liked a cool movie, but after I watched it, I felt like I wasted my time. The storyline is very bland, and it was probably just riding on the popularity of Kim Jae-Won and Ha Ji-Won at the time. The story jumps from one scene to the next, and before you realise it, BAM! The two lead characters are in love...(now, isn't that a surprise?) The worst part of it was the ending - it was lame and totally expected. You'll find yourself rolling your eyes by the end...the movie's full of clichés, and it's a waste of an hour.

I didn't have too high hopes for this movie, and it sure didn't suprise me in any way.
It's been described almost like MSG (my sassy girl), and after watching it, I have to say...it only comes out looking like a horrible and shapeless replica.
Acting was...on par. Ha Ji Won isn't really a great actress...and she sure didn't impress in this one either. She is however a very goodlooking being, and for me that was kinda what drove me through this sorry excuse for a movie. Kim Jae Won was most definately the best preformer, but he bleaks under the horrible plot...and the execution of it.
The movie suffers from being horribly easy to predict. It also fails where MSG succeded...the transition during the movie from (romantic)comedy to romance.
There were some semi-funny scenes in it though. But nothing worth remembering. Spend ur time with something else...I only reccomend seeing this if you're either a die-hard Jae-won or Ji-won fan... or if u like waisting time.
