The musical, which updates various fairytales through Spears’ many hit songs, begins previews Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Broadway’s Marquis Theatre ahead of an official opening night on Thursday, June 22.

Simard will play the role of Stepmother and Godley will portray The Narrator. The castings were announced today by producers James L. Nederlander and Hunter Arnold.

Simard and Godley join the previously announced Briga Heelan as Cinderella, Justin Guarini as Prince Charming, and Aisha Jackson as Snow White. Additional cast will be announced at a later date.

Glen “Spot” Lockett, who served as the in-house producer and engineer for legendary punk label Sst Records, died on Saturday at age 72. The news was confirmed by former label co-owner Joe Carducci.

According to Carducci’s Facebook post, Lockett died at Morningside Healthcare in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Honoring the best in social media, the 2014 Shorty Awards nominees were announced on Monday (February 24).

On April 7th, winners will be celebrated at the New York Times Center in a live-streamed ceremony at ShortyAwards.com.

Panchgani (Maharashtra), Dec 20: He made a humble beginning with the small screen with shows like "Fauji" and "Circus", but Shah Rukh Khan went on to make it big in Bollywood. He now says he won't mind coming back to TV to act, and adds it would be a good idea for film stars to collaborate for a project.

Will you act in TV at this point of your career, he was asked Wednesday at a press conference of the upcoming Zee Cine Awards here.

He said: "I had a discussion with late Mukul Anandji and since then we have been thinking that all the big stars of Bollywood come together and make a TV series. It will be interesting if Bollywood people.

Twelve Tamil films will vie for the top awards – Best Feature Film – Producer, Director; Second Best Feature Film – Producer, Director and Special Jury Award for Individual Excellence at the 10th Chennai International Film Festival. The competition section is open only for Tamil films. The festival will run from 13th to 20th December, 2012.

Shahrukh Khan has indeed come a long way since he made his entry into Bollywood films over twenty years ago. He is one of the most influential figures in the Indian film industry today and has a global fan following which only few actors have managed to secure. He has greatly modernised the romantic hero persona for the new generation of audiences. This has given him such overwhelming success that any aspiring actor is most likely to be in deep envy of. His varied characters have led to young women loving him and young men wanting to be like him. On this day two decades ago a new Hindi film superstar emerged: Bollwood’s all-time favourite romantic hero Shah Rukh Khan, who debuted with “Deewana”. On completing 20 years, Srk says he just “got lucky” and admits he has made mistakes all along.

“Twenty uninterrupted years of serving. Not enough talent or looks or game plan. Thank you all. I guess I got lucky, lucky to be working all the time,” tweeted Shah Rukh, who entered filmdom with “Deewana”, which released June 25, 1992.
