A goonda and a gentleman!!

Gentleman review :

One of the rare movies to release at Citylight Cinema, Matunga when it was in a bad phase of screening English soft porn, I saw Gentleman on its first Sunday and surprisingly, the show was near full filled with 'chavvani chaap' audience who had come only to whistle and scream!!

Hari Om!

Govinda played the above named twins who as usual, separate at birth and then reunite in the end to avenge the main villain played by Marathi veteran Yashwant Dutt. Anuradha Patel was Govinda's gal and she looked gorgeous like never before!

Bappi Lahiri's title track was a hit but the film couldn't make the mark at the box office probably as it looked dated even for 1989.... and apun ka Govinda's voice was dubbed by someone else which was a huge sorepoint!!

Regards, Sumeet Nadkarni.
