Good actioner

Chander (Mithun Chakravarty) is son of Satish who gets killed while saving Prime Minister Mrs. Indra Gandhi from 3 noted international criminals, Marcelloni (Amrish Puri), Ninja (Danny) and Mirza ( Shakti Kapoor). His mother (Sarla Yeolekar) becomes mad. Chandu promises to take revenge and also fulfill his father's dream by becoming a Commando. His Commander Mirza also supplies arms to Marcelloni. He saves Asha (Mandakini), daughter of owner of Arms Depot, Kailashpuri Malhotra (Om Shiv Puri) and they fall in love. He also befriends Dilher Singh, another commando (Hemant Birje). ...

A Bollywood actioner that has some scenes and characters lifted from American Ninja, nevertheless it's enjoyable with some good action and great villainy. Mandakini adds some glamour, while Mithunda kicks and shoots with elan, but is challenged by the 3 top villains ( Shakti Kapoor, Amrish Puri and Danny denzogpa). Commando is good actioner that has a good pace.
