Dinner & a movie was one of my favorite show on TV. It was funny and highly enjoyable to watch. Since I was a big fan and loved every aspect of the show, I was inspired to create a website dedicated to dinners, movies and movie recipes. Dinner & a movie was about meals related to movies and will be always one of my favorite show. This show inspired me in many ways. By creating famous dishes from movies, creating a website about it and even learning about some recipes that I didn't know about. The show was ended in 2005. Can someone bring it back? I would still watch it and I am wondering who I can contact or where on the internet I can watch some old episodes.
This "show" (actually a series of interstitials played during commercial breaks on TBS movies) is a cooking show that showcases a single recipe (loosely) inspired from the movie. Hosts and comedians Paul and Annabelle were entertaining and had a pleasant chemistry, with some memorable moments spent spoofing classic movie moments (Paul's turn as Tom Cruise on "Top Gun" was especially hilarious). The recipes, as with all cooking shows, are hit and miss.
Annabelle has since moved on to greener pastures (she did do the show for a long time), and Lucy has replaced her. It isn't quite the same, but "Dinner & A Movie" still works well.

Hard to believe this great show has been off the air for 20+ years. I loved the premise almost as much as I love good food and great movies.
Would love to see some cool producer dust this show off, preferably with the original hosts (if at all possible), and put this on a progressive network where film/food fans can watch it.
