Married... with Children Reunion

8/10

Fans will love it!

Ah, Married... With Children, the brainchild of Ron Leavitt and Michael G. Moye, is credited as the show that practically started the Fox network, and over its ten year run its a fair assumption it generated a large fan-base - evident by the nostalgic web-pages on the internet even today, six years after the original run. Perhaps one of the most popular sitcoms to come out of the 1980s, fans across the world were shocked to here of its cancellation in 1997. But, as any MwC fan will tell you, February 2003 saw an hour special, with all of the seven cast members (yep, even David Garrison was back!). The original show itself, I have to admit, although completely un-PC and generally crude and offensive, was completely fantastic, and from this documentary it's obvious the people in it share fond memories of the days when the Bundy's ruled the air. Fans will love to see the guys all back together, and it's great to some of the classic clips all together. Only problem? Perhaps a little more new footage rather than the old would have been great, but, who's complaining? After six years without the Bundy's, it's a welcome return!
