The government set up CANU the Constabulary Against Narcotic Unit, a task force with a mission to capture Lim Seng as number one target, a Chinese drug lord that ran a lab. Eventually Lim Seng was captured, tried and executed by firing squad at Luneta to set an example that martial law government is serious in bringing back the law and order.
