The next Kevin Smith

I recently saw this comic gem about two goofball wanna be rock stars. It has comedy working on different levels from romantic comedy to down right silly slapstick comedy. Bo Linton who wrote, stars, directed and edited had a lot of pans in the oven and may have bitten off a little more than he could chew. I like the idea of Ronny and his friend acting like rock stars just to scam on women. The idea being they find seven different women all around the LA area so they have a place to crash, eat and at times have sex for a week before they had to "go on the road with the band" then move on to the next woman. I like the part where Ronny keeps calling his Firebird a Camaro beacause of a few Camaro parts on the car. I believe Mr. Linton has a keen eye for slapstick comedy. You just never know, he might end up being the next Kevin Smith. Oh yeah, look for the scene in the video store, you just might recognize a certain video store clerk

A wannabe rock star learns that LA is a tough place to make it.

This is the funniest movie that I have seen in a long time. It's the Evil Dead II of comedies without the horror element. "Ronny Camaro" is one of those movies that you quote with your friends over and over.

"Ronny Camaro," is everything he sounds like. He is the guy that drives around town in his old beat up car and thinks it is going to be fixed up one day. He thinks he's Burt Reynolds in 1978, but he is really Al Bundy in 2003.

Don't miss this one, we will be hearing a lot from this filmmaker in the near future. Stanley Kubrick would have loved this sick and twisted guy.

I loved it so much, I scored the picture!

The day after screening a rough cut with the producer and director, I came to the conclusion that I must score this movie on principle alone!

Ronny Camaro and Seven Angry Women ... the title alone drove me to exclaim: "Pencil! Manuscript! Piano! Computer! Get me to my studio! I MUST score this film!"

Working with the creative forces involved would token certain success.

The Producer and Director are rare and unique individuals. This flagship product of Berserker Entertainment is a visionary effort worthy of close study!

I believe the credo to which Susan Soares and Bo Linton ascribe to is, "NO FEAR!"
