a great find

An interesting friend of mine came over with this DVD one night and made me watch it with her and I was totally surprised with how entertaining it actually was. The girls are cute, the pace is really fast and fun, and you get to watch Sulu tell a this unbelievable story about something really, and I mean REALLY, foul. In the meantime you get some really cool entertainment news thats as fun as anything you see on E! but, thankfully, devoid of the pretense that anything on it is important in any way. Ha! Like I said, this is so stupid its sublime and certainly destined to be a odd-ball classic. I just wish we could find some more episodes...

An clever, original show for the fans of Sci-Fi, Star Trek, and good t.v.!

I had the good fortune of seeing the pilot episode of OB-1 and I was amazed.

Not only at why this show isn't already on t.v. but at how clever and original the concept and execution of a venture like this appears. Those involved, a younger generation of artistic wonders, have come together to make a show that is not entirely one genre, but rather a seamless blend of talk show, entertainment, sketch comedy, and performance - a variety show for the new generation! I'm not a huge fan of Science Fiction or Star Trek, but I found the first installment of OB-1 completely entertaining and very amusing. I only hope that others will catch on to OB-1 and the show will see a network lineup soon!

Great, original programming

I've seen OB-1 and I have to say this is a really a great show. Not only is this an original concept, as least unique by itself in my mind, the cast and features are incredibly hilarious. The interviews held by the cast of OB-1 are ingenious, sparking insight into the lives of the guests that normal fans don't usually see. They are casual yet professional, interesting without fluff, and personal without being offensive; the stuff we all want to see, and everything we've dreamed about! If you're a big Sci-Fi fan, this is for you. If you watch Sci-Fi programing, and want to know more about the lives of its entertainers unlike no other, this is the show for you. Forget the tabloids! Just get all the juice from OB-1. Really, because I've seen it myself... and you'll love what you see.
