The Harkonnen cannon Walter equips Seras Victoria with was named for the evil Baron Harkonnen, from Frank Herbert's novel 'Dune'. This is evidenced in the manga, as the "Spirit of the Harkonnen" appears in a dream sequence as, indeed, the villain from the David Lynch movie, Dune (1984).

Goofs
Seras Victoria's hair color is orange in the first 3 episodes. Yet, as the series progresses, it fluctuates between orange and light yellow.

Hellsing Brings New Life to Vampire Anime

After watching the complete series of Hellsing I have to say I was left wanting more. I did enjoy the originals: Vampire Hunter D and such but I just liked the portrayal of Alucard as a protagonist alot better. All and all I would give it and 8 maybe 8.5.
