    Must watch

Excellent movie. Outstanding performances, Outstanding cast, fast paced, good on technical ground, inspiring and true to history!

Movie Successfully tries to the fiery character . Dialogues, events are striking. Despite shown only few parts and in a fast paced manner the sufferings of Veer Savarkar is difficult to watch. At the same time it brings forth his indomitable spirit till last breath.

A fast paced account of highlights of freedom struggle is another good thing and the casting makes it special. Stunning similarities !

And what to say about Randeep Hooda's performance! He Has BECOME SAVARKAR literally. He Has lived it.

    A must watch movie.

    Very well made movie

Technically superb. The actors carry their characters well. Gripping narrative though the dialogues could have been a little simpler.

This movie shows the undercurrent of India's freedom struggle in the context of V.D.Savarkar's life and work. Shailendra Gaud has done a fantastic job in depicting the leader's ambitions and personal struggles. A Hindi movie with no song-and-dance sequence (except for a background rendition of Savarkar's Ode To Motherland,) it breaks from the beaten path both in terms of content and form. The end is abrupt and does not depict the more controversial facts around the Godse Trial of 1948 and his last 20 years. Also missing are more references to his prolific writings and compositions.

Definitely a must-see for anyone even remotely interested in Indian history and current affairs.

    Masterpiece

Go and watch this movie if:

    You are true Indian.

You want to know who the real freedom fighter is.

    How we got the freedom.

Freedom never comes after charkha and sut.

How many people from a child to adult lost their life to get the freedom.

    Who is the real Rashtrapita.

How the freedom fighters family lived their life without any support.

    What is real Hindutva.

    What is akhand bharat.

    Who partitioned Akhand Bharat.

Who got all the benefits for doing nothing apart from charakha. And what the real freedom fighter got.

People who call him mafiveer must watch this movie and get the facts checked.

To get all these answers please watch and correct your history knowledge.

Kudos to Randeep and team for this masterpiece!!!!

    A Gripping Tapestry

This film isn't merely entertainment; it's a testament to the power of masterful direction. The director weaves a narrative that is as intellectually stimulating as it is emotionally resonant. Their unique stylistic choices keep you riveted, leaving you on the edge of your seat, anticipating the next revelation.

A Masterclass in Storytelling: The brilliance lies not just in the plot itself, but in how seamlessly the narrative integrates historical references. These allusions aren't mere decoration; they add layers of depth and richness to the story. Imagine a tapestry woven with threads from the past and present, each adding texture and meaning to the overall picture. That's the effect this film achieves. By subtly referencing historical events or figures, the director creates a sense of context and allows the audience to draw parallels between the past and the present. This not only enriches the story but also prompts deeper reflection on the themes explored.

Performances that Linger: The film's brilliance extends beyond the narrative. The acting is equally impressive. The actors deliver nuanced portrayals, eschewing grand gestures in favor of a more subtle, yet equally powerful, approach. Their expressions are carefully calibrated, conveying a multitude of emotions with a mere flicker of an eye or the tightening of a jaw. The way they interact with each other feels natural and believable, drawing you into their world and making you care deeply about their characters. These subtle yet powerful performances linger long after the scene fades, their expressions and interactions prompting introspection and lingering questions.

Thought-Provoking Without Being Pedantic: What truly elevates this film is its ability to provoke thought without resorting to heavy-handed tactics. The director trusts the audience to decipher the underlying themes and messages. This approach fosters a more engaging and rewarding cinematic experience. The film doesn't spoon-feed you its message; it invites you to participate in the storytelling process. By leaving room for interpretation, the director allows the themes to resonate on a more personal level with each viewer.

A Lasting Impact: This is not a film you'll passively watch and forget. It's a captivating journey that will stay with you long after the credits roll. The lingering questions, the emotional resonance, and the masterful storytelling will leave an indelible mark. You'll find yourself revisiting the film, dissecting scenes, and discovering new layers with each viewing. The film becomes a springboard for conversations, prompting you to analyze your own beliefs and perspectives.

Genre and Target Audience: This film is likely to appeal to a broad audience. However, those who appreciate thought-provoking narratives, historical references, and nuanced performances will find themselves particularly engaged. If you enjoyed films like that explored complex themes through a unique lens, then this film is a must-watch.

Technical Excellence: While the narrative and acting deserve the lion's share of praise, the film's technical aspects also deserve recognition. The cinematography is stunning, with carefully composed shots that visually enhance the story. The use of color and light is particularly noteworthy, creating a distinct atmosphere that complements the film's emotional core. The sound design is equally impressive, with subtle sounds and a carefully curated score that heightens the emotional impact of each scene.

A Must-See: In essence, this film is a must-watch for anyone who appreciates exceptional storytelling, brilliant direction, and powerful performances. It's a cinematic gem that deserves a prominent place on your watchlist. It will leave you thinking, feeling, and questioning long after the final scene, solidifying its place as a truly memorable film experience. Do watch.
