I know what will cheer you up today! A little video supercut that has nothing except Christopher Walken dancing. I didn't realize just how much he's danced over the course of his career. I didn’t know Christopher Walken had danced in so many movies but it’s a good thing he has otherwise we wouldn’t have this great supercut to show you. He had the moves in Fatboy Slim’s Weapon of Choice video [watch it here] but put them all together with his movies and it’s something special.

Fyi: Walken initially trained as a musical theater dancer at the Washington Dance Studio.

Christopher Walken has made so many movies playing psychos and weirdos, he can't remember half of them. But in his latest film, A Late Quartet, he's been cast against type as a cellist with Parkinson's. He says why he'd be happier playing it straight

Christopher Walken will tell you what irritates him. "Quite often, I'll be sent a script for a movie," he says. "And I find that I like it, so I say I'll do it. But then they rewrite it for me. They make it quirky. Odd. I find that rather annoying. I call it Walkenising."

He chuckles, then stops dead. There is silence. We are on the phone, so that when he speaks it is hard not to wonder what else he might be doing. "I'm in Connecticut," he says when I ask, at the rural home he shares with his wife.

Producer Todd Moyer has announced that Brendan Fraser will take on the title role in the historical family action adventure William Tell: 3D , to be shot this fall in Europe. Nick Hurran ("The Prisoner," "Doctor Who," Undertaking Betty , Little Black Book ) is slated to direct from a script by Scott Reynolds. Moyer expects principal photography to begin October 1st at Castel Studios in Romania and on location in Switzerland. Gary Hamilton will also produce under his Arclight banner, with Arclight handling international distribution of the film at Cannes. British dark comedies are almost always entertaining. Check out 'Plots With A View' ('Undertaking Betty' as a great example.) Magnolia has a new dark comedy going to theaters in limited release October 8th, 2010. 'Down Terrace' is about a British crime family with big problems.  From Magnolia pictures publicity; Down Terrace: Father and son Bill and Karl (real life father and son Bob and Robin Hill) have just been released from jail free and clear, but all is not well at Down Terrace. Patriarchs of a small crime family, their business is plagued with infighting....

Matthew Lillard has been cast in One of Our Own, an indie drama being directed by Abe Levy. Also cast are Josh Randall (Ed), Claire Rankin (Stargate: Atlantis) and Kate Beahan (The Wicker Man). Written by Levy and Silver Tree, the story begins when a thirtysomething couple, desperate to have a baby against all odds, engage a young woman to bear their child. When the man's boss falls in love with the surrogate and decides to become a father himself, chaos ensues, thrusting the couple's marriage to the brink of ruin. Lillard is playing the boss. He also is serving as co-producer. Producing the movie are Jack Robinson of Wild Horse Prods., Tree and Terry Chase Chenowith (Undertaking Betty). Wild Horse was behind 2005's Beautiful Dreamer. Entrepreneur Robert Sprowls is financing the pic and executive producing. Lillard, who played Shaggy in the live-action Scooby-Doo movies, most recently appeared in The Groomsmen, opposite Edward Burns. He also is known for his role in Scream. Lillard is repped by CAA, Mosaic and Ziffren Brittenham.

British helmer Nick Hurran will make his American feature directorial debut with Revolution Studios' romantic comedy Little Black Book, starring Brittany Murphy. Production is slated to begin in the summer. Hurran most recently directed the U.K. feature Plots With a View, starring Brenda Blethyn, Alfred Molina, Christopher Walken and Naomi Watts. Miramax Films is poised to release the film later this year. Written by Elisa Bell, Book finds Murphy starring as an associate producer for a daytime talk show who opens up a Pandora Box's when she goes into her boyfriend's Palm Pilot to learn more about his ex-girlfriends and ends up learning much more about herself. Murphy signed on to the project earlier this month (HR 3/6). Revolution partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas is producing the project with producers William Sherak and Jason Shuman of Blue Star Pictures. Deborah Schindler and Rachael Horovitz are executive producing. Hurran, repped by ICM, has previously directed such British films as Virtual Sexuality, Girl's Night and Remember Me?...
