The rings and bracelet on Carolina's left hand change repeatedly between shots when she's kissing Albert at the end of the movie.
In the first shot outside Carolina's apartment, there is a propped-open screen door. In subsequent shots, it is gone.
When Heath attempts to leave the Christmas party, the shower curtain over Albert's shoulder goes from open to closed.
In the scene where Carolina is on her way to Albert's apartment you can see her car parked front-faced on the parking space, when she is preparing the car for leaving, it is parked rear-faced.
When Carolina and Albert are driving in Albert's Jeep Grand Cherokee to Carolina's grandmother's house for Thanksgiving, the Jeep clearly doesn't have any license plates on the front or back of the vehicle; instead there are dealership advertisement plates. Later in the movie, when Albert goes to dinner with his new girlfriend and her parents, an actual license plate can be seen on the back of the Jeep.
When Shirley MacLaine arrives for Christmas dinner with a turkey, you can see an height-adjustable platform (a piece of plywood with an adjustable knob underneath) with the turkey on it. She has her hands on the platter as if she's carrying it, but the turkey is clearly resting on this platform.
