      Good Movie

It is a good entertainment movie with some beautiful songs. Madhuri played her role with ease and perfection. Her dancing skills are unbeatable. Akhay performed good action scenes. Saif supported a well.

The movie lost rhythm during the climax and ended with normal. It could be more entertaining if directors worked well in those scenes

      Typical bollywood romantic drama

Similar plot to deewana. Felt like an average 90s movie. More like i enjoyed the songs in these movie than the story. Plot line is like a typical bollywood 90s romantic flicks. Both the three actors akshay kumar, madhuri dixit, saif ali khan are charming and portrayed beautifully. But that doesn't help the movie. The film is more like the story of wealthy people. As like other movie like deewana and jeet, we will know what will happen at the last. I watched it for the song 'ab tere dil mein'. When i was child the film felt okay. But after growing up film was somewhat mediocre. Just watched for akshay saif madhuri combo.

      Desires gone wrong

Aarzoo is an awful film. It is terribly made and more terribly written. The entire idea of the film is one old cliché, and the amateurish dialogues do not really help to elevate its level. The story follows a typical love triangle affected from past incidents (blah blah blah...), and the film takes inspiration from different Hindi films, for instance Sangam. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit and Saif Ali Khan, all of whom get let down by the poor and overly melodramatic script. I really wanted to see Kumar and Dixit working together, as they worked before partially in Yash Chopra's bright musical Dil To Pagal Hai and both were good, but here - their romance is unconvincing although it started well at the beginning. I also expected to see Akshay and Saif, who had played brothers or good friends many times in such entertaining films as Yeh Dillagi and Main Khiladi Tu Anari. Ironically there was an action scene in this one in which they fight with some gangsters in a club and you could here the famous tunes of both these films in the background. Anyway, all the actors fail here, though Madhuri does do a good job for the most part. The film's second half is simply unwatchable, and the final sequences are boring, cheesy and ridiculous. Aarzoo means "Wish", and I really wish I had not seen this one.

      Strong Cast, Poor Movie

Aarzoo has a strong cast of great actors like Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Amrish Puri, Madhuri and Saif Ali Khan in a poorly made flick. The dialogues were subpar. A fourth grader would write better lines. It had a typical Bollywood story. Some nice songs. Other than that, everything was amateur and not at the level of a blockbuster Bollywood movie. The protagonist's story was poorly developed. Action scenes were terrible except for Akshay Kumar's athleticism. 3.5/10
