Towards the end of the Vietnam war, the US is running low on drivers for their supplies so they bring in a new lot of recruits and have to train them to survive in the dangers of war torn Vietnam. The recruits are trained briefly by an American officer but are quickly handed off to their South Vietnamese officers and are made to go out into the dangers of Vietnam without getting protection.

The South Vietnamese have to endure being attacked repeatedly by a tough group of VC, led by Mei Sheng Fan, who is able to capture some drivers and tortures them in various ways. The men are able to escape finally but its not long before they are hunted by the VC again and a comrade is taken prisoner. The rest of the team must to try and rescue him before it's too late.
