Dwayne Johnson returned to the WWE last year in his true The Rock style, making fans of the star go crazy. The star also became a board member of Tko Group Holdings, the company in charge of WWE and UFC. The actor and wrestler also made an appearance on WrestleMania 40 and established himself as the Final Boss.
Johnson has a lot of mythos surrounding his The Rock persona. Be it his theme music or signature moves, his persona has made him one of the biggest WWE superstars that has also translated into Hollywood stardom. However, some of his signatures may not be as original as fans believe as WWE star Booker T accused him of stealing his catchphrases.

There is a reason why Brock Lesnar is known as the Beast Incarnate. Apart from his towering physical stature, he holds onto that destructive demeanor, and not much has been spoken about him breaking character.
But then, truth be told, it is not always possible for everyone to have the most stringent demeanors. Neither did Brock Lesnar either. In some hilarious segments by one of the most beloved WWE superstars, R-Truth, Lesnar broke his character to acknowledge his brilliance.

Many viewers experienced frustration with the quality of Monday’s key episode.
Netflix has taken a big stumble on the road to “Wrestlemania.” The streaming service has been the exclusive host of live episodes of “WWE Raw” for around a month now and has not experienced any major issues until now. That changed on Monday night, when many WWE fans reported their streams of “Raw” were choppy, skipped continuously, or were simply unwatchable.
Key Details: Monday’s “Raw” episode was the first following Saturday’s “Royal Rumble” event. Fans took to social media to express their frustration with the stream. Netflix assured WWE that it had resolved its major live-streaming problems after November’s Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight. Sign Up $7.99+ / month netflix.com

We knew something big was coming when fans saw the historic $5 billion deal between entertainment giants WWE and Netflix. But few expected it to go beyond streaming and into gaming. According to a new announcement, WWE 2K Mobile is set to launch exclusively on Netflix Games in the fall of 2025. So Raw moving to Netflix as an exclusive isn’t the only move.

With no ads or in-app purchases, this mobile title will be free for all Netflix subscribers. The 2K games have already been a hit on major gaming platforms and if you’re a wrestling fan, you can enjoy some action on your phone very soon. This could be the beginning of something big for WWE gaming.

How to Watch WWE Royal Rumble 2025: Date and Time in 10 Countries Including US, UK, and Saudi Arabia
The 2025 Royal Rumble is a prominent shift for WWE. This year, for the first time ever, Netflix is striding into the ring as the official home for a WWE live event in many countries. That means, depending on where you live, you might be watching the action in a totally new way.
WWE fans knew major changes were coming when, earlier this month, Netflix made a massive $5 billion deal to take over as the exclusive home of Monday Night Raw. After three decades on conventional TV, Raw has now been locomoted to the world’s biggest streaming platform, and WWE is kicking off this new era with a Royal Rumble like no other.
But not everyone will be watching on Netflix. If you’re in the United States, for example, the Rumble is still airing on Peacock—same as always. Meanwhile, in places like the UK, Canada, and Germany, fans...

Match #1: World Tag Team Championship – The War Raiders def. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio & Jd McDonagh The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
In an effort to regain gold for The Judgment Day, “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Jd McDonagh challenged World Tag Team Champions The War Raiders. McDonagh nearly took himself out of the match after a jaw-dropping moonsault that resulted in his head hitting the announce table. The War Raiders focused on McDonagh’s neck as Erik delivered a full nelson neckbreaker that left McDonagh reeling. McDonagh survived and landed a superb top-rope move that nearly won the match. Carlito made his way to ringside in an attempt to help The Judgment Day, but despite a frog splash from Mysterio to Erik,...

The week will see some highly popular shows return to TV, as well as the 2025 ‘Royal Rumble’ from WWE and more.
If you’re a football fan like me, this is one of the worst weeks of the entire year. There are no NFL or college football games to stream this week, and the last game until September will be the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, the matchup most fans wanted to see the least.
I’ve compiled a list of TV shows and movie premieres for both the football-inclined and those who couldn’t care less about sports ball that are headed to top channels and streaming services this week. See what I think you should be tuning into below!
Monday, Jan. 27 ‘The Bachelor’ Season 29 premiere | ABC, stream with a three-day free trial of Hulu + Live TV

We're one stop closer to the Royal Rumble after last night's episode of WWE Raw streamed live on Netflix. This week, we were at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, and there were plenty of talking points, most notably with one of the most fun promos we've seen in years from someone well-versed in roasting their opponents. Here's what went down.

The Rock is smellin’ some serious viewership, as the debut episode of WWE Raw on Netflix pinned down 4.9 million views worldwide, with 2.6 million households in the United States. Those are major numbers, especially as the last episode of Raw that aired on USA (its home for the bulk of its 30+-year history) netted around 1.6 million viewers.
In a release, WWE also noted that the Raw debut more than doubled the 18-49 demographic from last year and was the highest-grossing arena event ever for the WWE. Not that they weren’t already, but WWE must be far more confident in their $5 billion deal with Netflix.
WWE’s debut episode of Raw on Netflix – which was held in Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome – kicked off with Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who serves as Cco of the wrestling promotion and is ushering it into the post-Vince McMahon era. Following that, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson,...

Smashing records on a seemingly weekly basis, 2024 has been a landmark year for the WWE and its performers and the year is only two-thirds in. With WrestleMania Xl being the biggest Mania of all time, another successful Royal Rumble in the books, the regeneration of King and Queen Of The Ring, one of the most exciting SummerSlam in history, and Monday Night Raw about to move to Netflix in 2025, the Paul Triple H Levesque era of WWE is on fire.
Nonsensical booking feels like a thing of the past, as does nauseating repeated matches on weekly television and, perhaps best of all, it feels like everything and everyone matters. Quite simply, there has never been a better time to jump back into the great world of professional wrestling. Much of this success is due to the superstar who put in the work every day to entertain their audiences, and some...
