WWE will be releasing major DVD sets on Owen Hart and The Undetaker later this year. WrestlingDVDNetwork.com are reporting that the Hart feature will be titled “Owen Hart: Hart of Gold” and will be released on December 7th. The project is notable because Martha Hart (Owen’s widow) has said she doesn’t support its release. WWE are moving ahead with it regardless.
As for The Undertaker DVD set, it will be an updated version of the 2012 streak DVD. The missing matches and a fuller documentary are anticipated. It could be a five disc set and will be titled “The Undertaker: The Streak – 21-1 (Rip Edition).”
It will be released in November, which may not be a coincidence. With Taker doing a tour of Mexico in October, it could be an indication he’ll be working Survivor Series the following month. It would make sense that this new...

What will WWE do with Sting after his WrestleMania 31 match with Triple H?
It remains to be seen what sort of physical shape he’s in, but in the few cameo appearances he has made so far he has proved that he hasn’t forgotten how to swing a baseball bat or hit a Scorpion Death Drop.
However, putting on what is sure to be a 20 minute match with one of the greatest of all time on the biggest stage of them all is a completely different kettle of fish.
Despite not having an official match yet, The Stinger has overcome the first hurdle that was sure to have been bugging him in the build up to his debut at Survivor Series in November.
His return to a mainstream ring has gone down a storm, there has been more than a clamour by the WWE Universe to get him on a WWE card.

In years gone by, WWE has found it difficult the plug the gap between two of the biggest PPVs of the year.
The Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble are two traditions in WWE that often shape the direction of the following WrestleMania, so how do WWE keep everyone’s interest throughout December?
The December PPV hasn’t been as regular as many think. The first December PPV took place in 1989 when the WWE’s own ‘No Holds Barred’ film staring Hulk Hogan was shown before a series of pre-recorded matches. The next December PPV took place in the form of 1991’s ‘This Tuesday in Texas’ as WWE tried to make Tuesday nights theirs but failed coming just days after that year’s Survivor Series with a botched attempt to sell the same Undertaker vs Hulk Hogan main event.
There would be another four year hiatus until the ‘In Your House’ series started.

Sting’s WWE debut at Survivor Series was planned weeks in advance, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The earlier reports had indicated that it was a call late last week, however the plans actually went back much further.
Sting worked with WWE weeks ago on filming footage for his new entrance video. The plans were all worked out for him to come in at Survivor Series and both sides managed to keep it a secret. News of the debut only broke the day before Survivor Series, with PWInsider hearing confirmation from a source. Ultimately, WWE had wanted the story to break, as a way of creating interest for the WWE Network.
Sting on his side had kept the debut very quiet. He worked a WWE 2K15 promotional tour last week and never gave anything away about his WWE plans. His promoting of the game was in the end one...

At Sunday evening’s Survivor Series pay-per-view, Sting debuted in World Wrestling Entertainment. It was a moment for which wrestling fans have waited for likely two decades, and the payoff was that Sting will likely be wrestling Triple H at WrestleMania 31.
Triple H? Yes, Triple H, as in the guy who now wrestles once a year, and is a suit-wearing corporate employee. No, for the last time, he will not be wrestling The Undertaker, Bray Wyatt or anybody else that say, it would make a lot more sense from a storyline perspective for him to wrestle.
However, let’s say that Triple H didn’t step up to the plate. Let’s say that there were ten other choices who, of those, one of them got the call instead.
While yes, Triple H is almost a 25-year in-ring veteran to Sting’s 30 years in the ring – thus likely experienced...

WWE are no longer planning to promote Sting Vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31. Wrestling Observer Radio has discussed WWE’s direction, stating that Survivor Series’ climax established Sting Vs Triple H for WrestleMania 31. The idea is that Triple H can carry Sting to a good match.
This likely means retirement for The Undertaker. If he was fit to wrestle at WrestleMania, then Sting Vs Undertaker is what WWE would be building towards. It looks like time and chronic pain have defeated WWE’s legendary Deadman.
The company could not risk putting a 55 year old Sting in the ring with a physically declined 49 year old Undertaker. As iconic as the marquee would be, it would ultimately be a stinker of a match.
The veteran Triple H in contrast will be able to make Sting look magnificent. The part time Hunter is still fit and healthy, he’s young enough and...

The highly anticipated WWE debut of Sting is set to take place at Survivor Series. It is being reported at PWInsider that multiple sources have confirmed the WCW Icon will be appearing on the show.
Nothing is official but this debut has been expected for some time. WWE and Sting had been talking ever since the wrestler left Tna in January. It is thought that a deal has been in place for some time, but both sides have been waiting on the right time to debut.
That time could be now. With Team Cena probably defeating The Authority, a new Gm is likely going to be needed on Raw. Sting seems an appropriate fit for this role.
However, PWInsider is also stating that Sting will not be taking part on Raw or Smackdown this week. WWE’s logic is perhaps to use him just on the Survivor Series...

In a spoiler from this week’s Smackdown taping, Triple H announced that if Team Cena loses at Survivor Series then every member of the team will be fired from WWE. That would mean Cena, Big Show, Ryback, Dolph Ziggler and Erick Rowan would all be off television should they lose.
This was a great stipulation for the WWE to add. It makes the stakes that much bigger, as now both sides have something on the line.
Previously, Mr McMahon had announced that if Team Authority loses, then The Authority would be out of power. That would mean Triple H and Stephanie McMahon taking a break from television.
Whatever happens on Sunday, the stipulations mean that something big is going to change in WWE. The immediate conclusion might be that Team Cena are definitely winning at Survivor Series. After all, can you really imagine WWE writing out the...

As of Survivor Series 2014, The Undertaker will have worked in World Wrestling Entertainment for 24 years. If contemplating mind-blowing facts about Mark Calaway, that may be the most mind-blowing of them all. In an era where the average WWE superstar’s career usually lasting 5-7 years, The Undertaker having a run that lasted five times as long while being physically much larger and being a key cog in the WWE machine during the physically demanding Attitude era makes his run that much more impressive.
However, outside of the ring is where not much has been able to be discerned about “The Phenom.” One of the last of a dying breed, The Undertaker has taken great pains to protect his character’s unique status as an old school “kayfabed” performer. From his family life to outside-the-ring interests, very little is known. However, that’s where this list comes in.

The WWE Network is running as normal and was only down briefly this week due to technical difficulties. There had been some speculation as to what had caused a brief outage on Wednesday night, with Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio saying that one rumour was a hacking.
That rumour was false. The WWE Network was not hacked. This was just a brief outage, which can be normal for services of this type. Technical difficulties are sometimes unavoidable and this was in no way a security breach.
Fans will be glad to see the Network back running as normal. This is Ecw Week and the content has been a brilliant journey through the land of Extreme. It all started with the brand new ‘Ecw Exposed’ show on Monday night, in which Paul Heyman and Joey Styles gave an insightful explanation of Ecw’s history. Several old Ecw shows...

There is a good chance that WWE fans will see Mick Foley as Raw General Manager in 2015. Mick has revealed on his Facebook that he thinks WWE will contact him about the role next year and he thinks he’ll probably accept the position.
His recent surprise return on Raw appears to have made him keen on a regular WWE role. He did a one off mic segment with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose ahead of Hell In A Cell, proving that he’s still one of the better promo guys in the business.
“That appearance energised me, and made me feel like I just might have something to offer #WWE on a more regular basis” he stated on Facebook.
“I think there is a chance I’ll be asked about becoming Gm within the next year – and if asked… I think I’d do it.”

When wrestling fans think of The Rock (real name Dwayne Johnson) they think of all the success he had in a WWE ring and then his movie career. If you’re not a WWE fan then maybe you think of the movie career first because you don’t know too much about what he did in WWE. Those of us that watched him start in the mid 1990s and then become this sensation within a few years will never forget what he did in WWE.
He started in WWE in late 1996 with the company portraying him as this huge babyface star. They mentioned that he was a former football player that was the son of Rocky Johnson and grandson of “High Chief” Peter Maivia. Fans were receptive to him early on, but then they quickly booed him and chanted “Rocky Sucks” at him. As it turned out, that was the best thing for him.

After reports over the weekend emerged that a Survivor Series main eventer had failed the company’s Wellness Policy, WWE.com has announced that R-Truth will be suspended for thirty days.
The official statement on the WWE website says;
“In accordance with the Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Ron Killings (R-Truth) for 30 days effective immediately for his first violation of the company’s policy.”
If you watched Raw last night you probably knew this was coming. A strange angle finished the show where The Miz and R-Truth had a falling out, forcing The Miz to turn on Truth and laying him to the ground. It came across as hokey on the t.v. but I suppose it’s served the purpose of writing R-Truth out of the storyline picture and allowing The Miz to move on to other things.
We can probably expect now a build for John Cena vs.

Who would you trust to teach you how to survive against unnatural beasts? You'd trust The Rock, that's who.
Dwayne Johnson will take on the supernatural world for the first time since 2005's "Doom" (if you don't count "The Tooth Fairy" or "Race to Witch Mountain") as he's signed on to star in "Monster Hunter's Survival Guide," according to Deadline.
"Monster" is based on the comic book miniseries by John Paul Russ, a comprehensive guide on how to hunt monsters -- and, more importantly, how to survive such confrontations.
Johnson had a great year with "Fast Five," which made over $626 in worldwide box office, and he re-emerged as The Rock to host WrestleMania Xxvii. He gets back in the ring and is the main event for this Sunday's Survivor Series at Madison Square Garden, which sold out in 90 minutes, and he'll be the headliner of WrestleMania Xxviii, which has already broken ticket sales records.

If monsters really did exist, actor Dwayne Johnson would be at the top of the list to combat them. The man's huge, so huge that he'd probably be giving a few monsters nightmares as opposed to the other way around. According to Deadline, he's set to star in an adaptation of the comic book series, 'Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide.' Taking to his Facebook page, Johnson mirrored something that he said on this past Monday Night Raw: "Bad guys, good guys and monsters - I Hunt 'Em All. Boots To Monster Asses." He's the catchphrase master. The comics themselves were written up by John Paul Russ and published by Zenescope. From their official website, here's the set-up: "Monsters surround us. They're everywhere; on TV, in movies, they haunt our nightmares... But are they real? Do Vampires, Werewolves and Zombies really exist? And if so how can we survive against them?...

Dwayne Johnson is about to kick some monster ass.
The Fast Five star and former pro wrestler has signed on to star in Monster Hunters’ Survival Guide, based on the cult-favorite comic book series by John Paul Russ and illustrated by Anthony Spay and Shawn McCauley.
It’s unclear who his character would be, but the books were guidebooks to slaying or capturing all the worst supernatural beasts, fiends and ghouls. Most likely he’ll be a hunter, but look at that picture — who knows, maybe he’ll turn out to be one of the monsters. Sheesh.

Christian has reportedly suffered a leg injury in Brussels, Belgium on Wednesday night during the SmackDown house show. In a match with Sheamus he went down early holding his knee and after a brief chat with the referee, he hopped onto one leg and quickly received the Brogue Kick for the finish. Christian was then assisted to the backstage area by WWE personnel in what was a legit injury.
The injury is said to have happened pretty early in the match and cut it way short. To make up for it, Sheamus talked to some fans ringside, signed a bunch of autographs and posed for a number of photo’s.

Metro Radio Arena didn’t look full. Taping off of the higher sections. Lots and lots and lots of kids in attendance with their parents and from those wearing wrestling shirts it was 50% Cena shirts, 40% Punk shirts and 10% older ones (such as Austin & Dx) for the older crowd. Though that 18-34 crowd has definitely weakened in numbers lately.
